Tacos de Camaron Tostadas de Camaron
Jenny G.

Ordered from Uber Eats. Very well packaged. The shrimp taco was okay. Needed a bit more flavor. I drowned it salsa (I ordered extra, thankfully) The shrimp tostada was also okay. The shrimp tasted a bit over cooked which I'm not used to when eating ceviche. Huge portions of shrimp which was good. I also ordered a chicken soup for my mom and she really liked it. Big pieces of chicken. Rice and tortillas on the side. Would maybe try again.

Carne Asada Nachos

This place is a hidden gem. Food is consistent in what you get. Portions are generous and you can't beat the price. We have gotten tacos, carne asada plate and carne asada nachos. For $12, my husband and I can get a Carne Asada Nachos or Fries, split it, have a few left over and be completely happy. There are a few times that we have ordered where it was difficult as we don't speak Spanish and the person that was there had a little difficulty understanding what we wanted but we were still able to get exactly what we wanted with a little patience on their end and ours.

Molcajete Mixto

Hidden gem in Sylmar! Great food and very friendly service. Food was fresh and delicious.

El Camaronero Resturant is definitely one of the best hidden hot spots in the San Fernando Valley! Their diverse menu includes a variety of traditional dishes as well as great seafood dishes. Great prices match their quality and serving size. I'm a big fan of Aguachilie, spicy shrimp plate, or Carne con Chile de Molcajete, a variety if meats served spicy in a warm Molcajete. If you're ever cruising the SF Valley and want a great meal definitely try this place!!!!

This is the reason I gave this place one star

What can I say I love this place!…read more Blanca and Genesis are always the best when it comes to customer service!! They're super helpful and always have the best cocktail recommendations. This has to be one of my favorite bars in the San Fernando Valley. The vibes here are super chill. And I love how they offer free parking in the back. Their chicken chipotle panini with truffle fries is to die for I always find myself craving it. Also they make a super great dirty martini and to make it extra dirty I always ask them to add pickle juice SOO GOOD! I also have to say their undressed Bloody Mary is a 10/10 especially when it come with sum celery. THEIR COSMOS ALSO HIT THE SPOT! This place is so worth checking out!

I've had their burgers in the past which are good. Nothing life changing but solid. My favorites are the Brussel sprouts add bacon and Buffalo Chicken Tenders for apps. Both of these are great. The strips which I'm pretty sure aren't prepared in house but they're on the lighter breaded sided. So it's not all breading. The blue cheese is fantastic too. My always go to is the Steak Chimichurri Salad. This is amazing. Especially if you're doing low-carb / keto. Salad dressing is very light. Steak cooked perfectly. And the rest of the toppings are avocado, red onion and grape tomatoes add a subtle balance. Delicious. I always get this as it is filling and healthy. One thing I would avoid is the asada fries. Those were forgetful.

We been coming for a while now after a walk around the lake. Plus it's a good reason to hydrate afterwards with a nice cold one. And what better way, happy hour. Anyways, it's a great place to just stop by, have a beer and some food and just lounge. If you're looking for sports, there's plenty of television inside with something on. We like to just enjoy the patio seating outside and Just watch the golfers on the putting green. Something mellow and quite relaxing. Positive note, they're pet friendly. If you come on Sunday, i guarantee theres always going to be some kind of sports on. The service has alway been great. All the staff are amazing and friendly. It's says a lot when you walk in and they know exactly what you want. Either I'm here too much or they know their regulars. It's a great way to unwind and just chill after a day of work or whatever. The golfers are all friendly as well. They're all here for the same reason. They use to have trivia night but I'm not sure if that still exists. Regardless, it's alway a great place. I hope they don't mind that I brought a fruit salad from one of the vendors to enjoy with my beer... LOL...

Looking for a sports bar in the valley, took a chance at this obscure location which was hard to…read morefind buried on a small hidden street off the beaten path. Had to make a reservation for 4 people for the Rams-Bears game, and we were sat right in the middle tables near the back, almost touching (and frequently bumped by other patrons) nearby, instead of the more spacious lounge-type 4 seaters that I wanted. The area is deafeningly noisy, stuffy, No A/C. As if a sports bar isn't loud enough, they have a DJ for what reason I don't know blasting music at every opportunity during timeouts and between games...yikes. Super packed inside, but outside seating is very bare and only 1 crappy TV in the corner. Absolute pandemonium inside, dogs, kids everywhere. Love both but just a bizarre scene. Food was passable, nothing more. The asada nachos we were told had beans but didnt come with it, and had a weird liquid white cheese melted and not enough of it to smother the chips. Very expensive too almost 30 bucks! Barely any pico, no guac. Wings are so-so meaty and hot but boring not seasoned. The garlic parm fries are not bad but a pool of oil on the bottom of the basket. The burger seemed to be the best item, I ate a chicken sandwich (fried) it was plain and boring as hell, but not bad. We couldn't make it past halftime it was just so insanely loud and uncomfortable from rubbing seats behind me, can't move vertically. Parking lot completely sold out sharing with the golf course, had to park a few hundred feet away in another small lot, and the icing on the cake as we left some weirdo woman approached the window startling us and asking for money handing out something. Bolted the fuck out, counted our blessings and...see you next lifetime. Did not feel safe walking back to the far-out lot, and another homeless person actually entered the bar and was walking around, barely holding it together to not show his genitals. There was a security guard near entrance, I guess the homeless man parachuted in cuz he got past him. Good grief.
