I was out the door for a price that felt more than fair, especially compared to what I usually experience at Lynnwood Ford for anything. Honest work, great service, and no runaround. Highly recommend!

This shop commits INSURANCE FRAUD! Wish i could leave a 0 star review…read more.. I took my car to this shop after being rear ended and having damage on my rear bumper. The shop told me that they would replace my bumper and any parts associated with the collision I was in. They ensured me that they would replace everything especially because the other party's insurance company was covering the damages. I was told by the insurance company that this was also going to be case given the paperwork the shop had submitted to them and the amount they had approved. Everything was to be replaced. Now, one year later, I had a reason to take the bumper off for a paint scuff that occurred at a car wash, and I come to find out that my original bumper is still the one on my car, and it has been repaired. This is clear fraud on the shop's end and I have full proof of documentation and photos. I called the shop and spoke to the owner, and he began to tell me that he doesn't have any paperwork to corroborate this work that was supposed to be done on my car, and he isn't even sure he got paid by the insurance company. This is a lie because I have proof that states otherwise. I then go to this shop and meet with the owner, who by the end of a 30 minute back and forth admits to wrong doing and that he is going to reimburse me for the fraud they committed. Since that meeting in person, he has been blowing me off and not answering my calls. This shop committed insurance fraud and collected money from insurance for parts that they did not replace. My assumption is that this is a common part of their practice given the owner's response to me confronting him about it, and now not being ethical about dealing with it. I wonder how many other customers of theirs this has happened to... no one is the wiser unless they have a reason to inspect their work from underneath.

On occasion we could hear the announcements at Chuck Olson Chevrolet being made as the dealership directly borders the school grounds. It became a fond hallmark of our active time outside: Chuck Olson Chevrolet announcements on the lot wafting over to class time. At that time, when I was in high school, our family had no Chevrolets. Fast forward a little over a decade to present and my dad owns a Chevrolet. My most recent visit was dropping my Dad off and picking him up when he brought his car in for some routine work and a specific problem. Work on the car was fast and efficient and finished the same day. There was a large strip of customer parking which was nice for when we dropped my dad off in the morning. He drove his car and took it to drop it off for service and I found the stretch of customer parking and parked and waited there while he got his car checked in. When we went back to pick up his car in the afternoon it was parked in the customer parking area which made it very easy to find. Not all dealerships/service centers designate the customer parking clearly and I appreciated it being clearly visible painted on the ground by the designated parking spaces.
