Some places push extras on you to nickel and dime you to death, not here. Offered, yes. Pushed, absolutely not. I really have no more to say as what was promised was delivered, no need for any interaction at all. Very happy with my choice to try out a smaller operation, it's a large site I just mean smaller as in not on every other corner like some brands. Only con for me is that there are no electric outlets anywhere either in or outside of the unit, maybe the larger ones have them.

I explained the inconsistencies in policy and how I believed the policy to be unethical. I find this alarmingly shady to say the least and I am uneasy about continuing conducting future business with the organization. Inconsistent policy within an organization is a red flag that will most likely result in abandoning a business relationship with U-Haul. It's brand is now tarnished and only through re-establishment of proper sound policy aligned with their online operations will allow me to continue future engagement with U-Haul. Micha, the general manager was most helpful in her endless pursuit and dedication to ensure my satisfaction while preserving her own integrity and further protecting the sanctity of corporate policy. She would be the soul reason I would ever consider continuing a proper and ethical business relationship with U-Haul. And he kept asking for my credit card .. I'm reporting this to U haul . This happened with the call center only , not this place I'm reviewing . Now aside from that this facility located on Route 32 in New Windsor has been our mainstay for renting trucks and we never have had any trouble . I wish there was a way to contact this brick and mortar directly than deal with apps or the 800 call center .. It's large & dedicated to UHaul business only . This time have to recognize Nicholas as being very efficient and we were able to get things done with his help in a positive, friendly experience . The lady working there too was very nice but Nicholas took care of us renting and returning . Still 19.95 for little truck and it was very clean .

Like I said in the previous review; it's like they were moving their own furniture. One of their truck's is across the street, moving someone out of the complex. It's not unusual to see someone moving; most of the time it's with U-Haul. I'm watching the movers bringing the people's furniture out of the building. Everything seems to be wrapped in plastic to keep it from getting wet and damaged. The guys are working fast. I don't know the family. I do know they'll be happy with the service they get from Triangle Movers. I hope they do a Yelp review.

I rented a storage unit here back in April and I immediately cancelled the reservation the same…read moreafternoon. I was told that the service fee could not be refunded, but that everything else would be. I was immediately refunded the lock fee and received an email confirmation. I never received an email confirmation for the refund of the storage fee. At the end of the week, I noticed that the storage fee had not been refunded yet. I called the Vails Gate location and was assured that I had been refunded by the woman who works there even though I explained to her that I was not. I put in a dispute with my credit card company and Public Storage ended up refunding me for the rental fee while the dispute was in process. Now, in July, I have just received a letter that they sent my account to a collection agency claiming that I owe them $263.00. I am furious. I called the Vails Gate location and received no answer so I left a message. After all that they put me through to refund my money, they have the nerve to say that I owe them money and are trying to ruin my credit report. I think not! This whole ordeal has caused so much more of a headache and problems for me than it ever should have. I will never ever do business with this location or this company again and I will be calling, emailing and tweeting whoever I need to to get this matter resolved immediately.
