Some places push extras on you to nickel and dime you to death, not here. Offered, yes. Pushed, absolutely not. I really have no more to say as what was promised was delivered, no need for any interaction at all. Very happy with my choice to try out a smaller operation, it's a large site I just mean smaller as in not on every other corner like some brands. And he kept asking for my credit card .. I'm reporting this to U haul . This happened with the call center only , not this place I'm reviewing . Now aside from that this facility located on Route 32 in New Windsor has been our mainstay for renting trucks and we never have had any trouble . I wish there was a way to contact this brick and mortar directly than deal with apps or the 800 call center .. It's large & dedicated to UHaul business only . This time have to recognize Nicholas as being very efficient and we were able to get things done with his help in a positive, friendly experience . The lady working there too was very nice but Nicholas took care of us renting and returning . Still 19.95 for little truck and it was very clean .

Like I said in the previous review; it's like they were moving their own furniture. One of their truck's is across the street, moving someone out of the complex. It's not unusual to see someone moving; most of the time it's with U-Haul. I'm watching the movers bringing the people's furniture out of the building. Everything seems to be wrapped in plastic to keep it from getting wet and damaged. The guys are working fast. I don't know the family.
