Now aside from that this facility located on Route 32 in New Windsor has been our mainstay for renting trucks and we never have had any trouble . I wish there was a way to contact this brick and mortar directly than deal with apps or the 800 call center .. It's large & dedicated to UHaul business only . This time have to recognize Nicholas as being very efficient and we were able to get things done with his help in a positive, friendly experience . The lady working there too was very nice but Nicholas took care of us renting and returning . Still 19.95 for little truck and it was very clean .

Like I said in the previous review; it's like they were moving their own furniture. One of their truck's is across the street, moving someone out of the complex. It's not unusual to see someone moving; most of the time it's with U-Haul. I'm watching the movers bringing the people's furniture out of the building. Everything seems to be wrapped in plastic to keep it from getting wet and damaged. The guys are working fast. I don't know the family. I do know they'll be happy with the service they get from Triangle Movers. I hope they do a Yelp review.

I was able to get a walk in closet sized unit for a great price because I so happened to sign up during the president's day sale. everything was through the app, even access to open/close the gate! I was able to sign up, be assigned a unit & pay my monthly fee all online and it was ready the next day. The person (I believe the owner?) was very pleasant and helpful! I love how easy the process was. the unit came with its own lock already so that was nice too. so far so good!

I was told that the service fee could not be refunded, but that everything else would be. I was immediately refunded the lock fee and received an email confirmation. I never received an email confirmation for the refund of the storage fee. At the end of the week, I noticed that the storage fee had not been refunded yet. I called the Vails Gate location and was assured that I had been refunded by the woman who works there even though I explained to her that I was not. I put in a dispute with my credit card company and Public Storage ended up refunding me for the rental fee while the dispute was in process. Now, in July, I have just received a letter that they sent my account to a collection agency claiming that I owe them $263.00. I am furious. I called the Vails Gate location and received no answer so I left a message. After all that they put me through to refund my money, they have the nerve to say that I owe them money and are trying to ruin my credit report. I think not! This whole ordeal has caused so much more of a headache and problems for me than it ever should have. I will never ever do business with this location or this company again and I will be calling, emailing and tweeting whoever I need to to get this matter resolved immediately.
