I had them install kitchen faucet. A bathroom faucet. Fix the other bathroom faucet. Install new Kohler toilet. Came twice because first toilet was wrong fit. Knew the products and made recommendation. June 2016 - had them estimate a rehab house. Great estimate, reasonable, covered all detail thoroughly as 2 parties have to approve before funds released. We just moved into our new house not even 24 hours later we woke up to go to work at 4:30 am and found our downstairs flooded! Most disgusting thing ever!! Late afternoon, last Sunday, an outside pipe broke, and water started leaking. Of all times for this to happen, especially on a weekend! We had to turn off the water to our house. Immediately, we looked on-line to find someone to help us with this problem. We were very, very lucky, and found Guardian Plumbers! After calling them, the dispatcher contacted their plumber, George Rios, who called us immediately! George arrived at our house within an hour, and took care of our problem! After reading some reviews I decided to give guardian plumbers a try. I had clogged drainage pipes on my side yard. Matt and his crew were concerned professionals from start to finish. They listened to my situation, assessed the scope of work, provided a reasonable quote, while maintaining professionalism at all times. I tend to find contractors who prefer to deal with the man of the household but being a military family I often am the person having to make the calls. Kristin, the office manager was well informed. Was paitent and courteous. This local company is a rare gem with its work ethic. They are my go to plumbers being open 24 hrs a day! Even have online payments and invoicing. What a great company. Don't CALL ANYONE ELSE. I called a few companies on the "top ten" to get pricing for and outdoor kitchen/island setup. Some gave super low prices which means it'll go up during the job, some gave prices so high that I just asked them to get out. Josh from Guardian came out and gave me a quote. It only took him a few minutes to figure it out. A few days later Howard came out. Super professional, respectful and even help with the guys working on the finishing touches on the island. Very unhappy with their service, I put a service call to them this was in March for a slab leak, they couldn't do ANYTHING, Anything until restoration came by first to tear up my kitchen and the nightmare begins, then I was basically forced to stick with them, the did a very crappy job. Now Every time you flush the toilet it sounds like the dishwasher is turning on, which I did not have that problem before, and this only happens when you flush the toilet, which leads me to believe, they didn't do something right with the piping, anyways I left a msg for the owner up over 3 1/2 months ago, to today, I have not gotten a reply. After having two plumbers (roto rooter and mike diamond) unable to fix my shower handle issue, I thankfully found Guardian Plumbers. The problem with my particular shower was I had a handle that was discontinued by the manufacturer and also grout around the shower plate where the handle was at. I knew my problem was the stem, but the thought of chiseling through grout was not appealing to me. My plumber John Wallace is a Godsend. After going through some of his connections, he was able to find the exact part of my shower kit. He came by the following week and did an immaculate job chiseling through the grout, replacing the stem, and replacing the handle. Now there's nothing wrong with the other companies that failed to fix my plumbing issue, but Guardian Plumbers have a solid plumber in John Wallace who was able to figure out the problem where many would have probably called it quits. My family are very grateful to have him as our plumber. read more

Worst service I have ever been provided. Called on Saturday spoke with Hailey to schedule appointment. She scheduled us for Sunday between 8 and 10. Called 10:30 Sunday to find out status and am told sorry we don't have an appointment on file. So after scheduling our morning around the time you gave us Saturday...Nothing. No remorse, no concern, no sense of urgency to correct YOUR mistake. Will not deal with this sorry side show. Find someone else that prides their company on customer service. They could have told me anything and I would have believed them but they told me that it was an easy fix and didn't charge me for me. They also came out out on Labor Day for no charge at all. After going through Home Advisor and speaking with 2 other plumbers, I decided to go with Guardian. The reason? Quite simply it was Joshua Clarke. He was friendly, professional, a veteran and not pushy. Once I decided to go with them, Jessie came back with Joshua to finalize the proposal. He too, was extremely professional and as one of the owners of the company, I liked that he took time to meet with me concerning my project. All of the techs and plumbers that worked on my job were also professional, courteous and conscientious to the fact my home was being torn open for a week. Howard, Marcos, JD, Taylor and the others who's names I cannot recall, were exceptional. The work, took much longer than they had estimated but those things happen. Also, the estimated time to repair the drywall took much longer than they estimated. Luckily, the person who came out to do the drywall was very good. Sending one person to repair the drywall after a whole house repipe was the reason for subtracting one star and for their gross miscalculation of time needed, I'm taking off a second star. * I waited a few months to post to make sure I felt the same. Since drafting my original comments, I thought it only fair to add the issues with their calculation of time. My job was initiated before Thanksgiving - 3 weeks before. They had finished the repipe but sadly, not the drywall repair. I had holes everywhere! Abraham (who did the drywall repair) worked his butt off but there was no way he could finish before the holiday. I had him focus on the kitchen, dining room and guest bathroom - basically places my guests could see. Meanwhile the rest of my house looked a mess. Lastly, initially they didn't insulate my hot water pipes in the attic (like I was told). They did come back to finish the insulation. The job was a whole house repipe on a single story ranch-style home (2200 sq ft), going from galvanized to Pex/copper. I added a Halo water system (so glad I did), moved my water heater from inside the house to outside, added gas lines, and changed out faucets/fixtures. If you have a plumbing issue or just want to be proactive and upgrade your existing plumbing choosing Guardian Plumbing (knowing that they may not complete the job on time) would be a good choice. After 3 months, I'm glad we had the job done, I just wished that the 'entire' job was completed within 2 weeks as originally estimated or at the least be advised that it would have run into the holiday. With that, I would have waited and begun tearing up my house after Thanksgiving. To be fair, the water was only off for a day, we had access to one bathroom by the end of the first day. The rest of the house (kitchen, second bath) was about 5 days later. read more

I had them come out to install a new kitchen faucet and remove the old one. I had them come out to try to repair it with parts sent by Moen. The parts didn't work out so I went out and bought another faucet and they came back out to install the new one the same day. They were clean, quick and professional. We had a leaking pipe that was causing water damage and necessitated shutting off the water to the whole house. We were desperate on a weekend for resolution. Thankfully David was able to get us back on track. He was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and cleaned up his entire work area when he was finished. He also wore shoe coverings while going up and down stairs on our carpet which my wife really appreciated. We were very happy with the outcome, and I was able to see the new piping David installed which looked like top quality work to my layman's eye. Guardian came out for repair on my Rinnai Tankless water heater. The Repair Code on the unit was 11 on the unit and Guardian plumber told me he had to call Rinnai to determine what the code represented. I was told by Guardian Plumbing just to make the call the charge would be $250.00. When I said this was a SCAM! the Guardian tech said, he would call them just to see what the problem was at no cost for the call. Guardian ordered the parts at no cost because it was under warranty, and went on to tell me the charge would be $450 to install them. I called and spoke with Dave the manager and explained what happened, I told him I wanted to be fair and pay them for their service, just not the crazy $450.00. He called me back and said I can pay the $59.00 service call fee and pick up my parts. This job was literally a 30 minute job for me and a Phillips screwdriver. BTW, when I called Rinnai and told them it was showing an error code of number 11 they told me what the problem was. No mention of a $250.00 fee. Same experience as review Medí S. On 5/16/2022. They toss out a fee and see if you go for it. Be very cautious if you choose to call this company. Everybody was very nice, but I do not feel they had any concern for my problem and they will Charge you more than they should if you let them. read more
