It was a lot of money but I needed it working ASAP so I left it with them. It turns out they replaced my old 3700x CPU with a worse one 5500, so I called and asked them to replace it and give me back my old CPU (which by the way wasn't broken and worked fine). So i returned and the owner Robert said he would replace the CPU and the fan for free over the phone. And when I got there a week later, he said he can't honor that and that he needs to charge me 65 to install the fan (which I tried myself later at home and did it in 10 minutes?????). And then later told me when I came back that it was shutting off randomly, and they couldn't figure out the issue and made me wait the whole day, said it might be the RAM, the motherboard, whatever. Got me to buy extra RAM for $300 and a more expensive ASUS PRO motherboard used for $320 (im thinking they overcharged me for this too cuz these were all used parts). And at the end they seemingly got it to work but my pc was still broken when I got back home. Kept shutting off. They charged me $422.50 for 6.5 hours of labor of after seemingly telling me they can switch out the cpu. At this point theyve grossly overcharged me for literally everything, and never fixed my computer. Made me waste the whole day sitting and waiting, and I have a feeling either they don't know what they're doing or they will inflate and complicate stuff to suck more money out of you. I needed my pc working so I opened it back up and fixed it myself. It really wasn't as hard as they were claiming. I replaced the cpu with the old one they tried to keep saying it was broken and it was working. It literally didn't take more than an hour. They are predatory scammers and they will inflate the job so they can get more money out of you. I have asked for a refund because the repairs werent done. I haven't heard back. I will never return to this predatory scamming shop.

Absolute legends. Super patient, really took the time to chat with us, figure out what was going on, and give honest, helpful advice (no upselling nonsense, which we really appreciated). We showed up a little under two hours before closing and asked if there was any chance they could get everything done that same day because we had big gaming plans that night! Despite the clock ticking and a steady stream of customers, they somehow managed to take care of us completely. They even stayed almost an hour after closing just to wrap everything up and make sure our PCs were running like new. No rush, no pressure, and no extra fees. Just awesome service. Everyone was super friendly and easy to talk to. They even cleaned out all the dust bunnies inside our towers, bonus points for that! After the repairs, both PCs are running faster, smoother, and better than ever. Safe to say, we're officially fans. We'll definitely be coming back!

I explicitly offered to pay for the services, and put in my own time and effort just to get help, but he refused to serve me. There was absolutely no legitimate business reason for this treatment. What felt the worst was the owner's total indifference--he didn't seem to care at all that he was being completely unfair, treating me differently, or that his behavior was hurtful. I have the data of exactly how this interaction went down. Take your devices, your time, and your hard-earned money somewhere else where customers are actually treated with basic fairness and human respect.

Luckily, this time they were open and I must say that i was pleasantly surprised at the level of service they provide. 1.) he diagnoses your computer on the spot for free and tells u exactly whats wrong with it. 2.) gives you the price up front with no bs fees trying to trap u to use them (i.e diagnosis fee). 3.) backed my needed drives 4.) fixed the computer same day 5.) not only fixes the computer but makes it even better with added ram and free software that u normally have to pay for. Ive went to many local computer repair stores and i must say this store is the best by a long stretch! This store is legit and i couldn't be happier to have finally found a comp repair store that know what they are doing and not trying to rip u off. They just said it's not repairable, and cheaper to buy a new one. We paid $35 for inspection/diagnosis (whatever they call it), and left the store. When I opened the laptop to put NVMe back, I saw that RAM was missing from laptop after we got home. They told me to pick RAM up from store when I called them. How convenient for them to "FORGET" to put RAM back. We brought in the complete laptop, but they did not even bother to put the laptop back to one piece at least. They have no knowledge about electronics, nor PC. Stay far away from this store.

My speeds went from about 75 mbps to roughly 250 mbps avg, sometimes as high as 500. I would do business again in the future.
