When I go back to the shop (as it occurred on a Friday, noticed Saturday, shop was closed Sun & Mon, so couldn't talk to them until Tuesday), their response was "call the manufacturer, they mail a piece to us for you to come pick up". This is insane as I literally just purchased the weapons from you. You bought them from the manufacturer, and I did business with you. This is poor business. Had I had the guns longer than a week or two I would understand. It hasn't even been 7 days and you can't help resolve my issue vs. just pushing me out the door.

Before doing so though, we thought it was best to get properly trained on basic handling and safety so if we did have to use it, both of us could be safe and effective protecting our family. I met Roland "Ro" through a friend right as I was researching classes my wife and I could take for beginner hand gun owners......meeting Ro was not a coincidence!!! After a brief intro my friend gave me on Ro's experience and the classes he teaches, I had roughly 80 questions for him Lol.....all of which he answered throughly, in detail, and with great patience! This was the guy I wanted to teach my wife and I! Roland gave me his card and said to call him or shoot him an email with any questions, concerns, etc. after speaking to my wife, she agreed Roland was the right guy for the job. Roland was very accommodating to our schedule, especially with an 8 month old baby, and he took a Saturday off to train us. After telling a few friends about Roland's class, they too wanted to take it and we had about 5 people in his class. The beginners hand gun course was broken up into two sections.....class portion and shooting range, both about 4 hours. The class portion went over all aspects of handling and safety of a firearm in great detail and things to consider when using deadly force in your home. My wife who had never even touched a gun before was extremely nervous in the beginning but after learning the basics on handling and safety from Ro felt much more comfortable and her shaking hands at the start of the course began to subside. After the class portion we were given a test on on proper handling and safety before we went to the range. Roland is a great teacher and is a accommodating to everyone's skill level, but takes everyone's safety very seriously......and we had to past the test in order to move onto the range. This is one aspect I truly appreciated about the course since the safety of my family is the most important thing, and that is something that Roland preaches throughout the whole course. Next portion of the class was the range.....the fun part! If you own a firearm, than you can take it to the range, but if you do not, renting is available. Most of the people in Roland's class did not own, so they rented at the range. Even with 5 people in our class, Ro spent a significant amount of time with each individual instructing them and showing them how to properly use a firearm. He was extremely patient with the two women in the class who had never shot a handgun and were shaking with nerves. With a little instruction and guidance from Ro, both women felt comfortable, the shaking stopped, and they were shooting like champs. We all learned a lot, and had a blast the rest of the day! Overall, the class was a HUGE SUCCESS!!!!!! We could not have picked a better trainer/teacher and I will be taking more classes from Roland in the future. I forgot to add that Roland trains the Las Vegas Police Department and I believe the LA Sheriff Department (Don't quote me on that) on advanced tactics and firearms. He has classes from the most basic, like what we did, to the most advanced training law enforcement and military! Why would you go to anyone other than Roland? There are a lot of great reviews out there for other people/classes, but wouldn't you want the trainer of law enforcement/military?!?! Seems like a no brainier for me.....just my opinion though. I plan on taking the intermediate and advanced hand gun course from Roland and looking forward to the next opportunity I get to be his student! Thanks Ro!
