Range Safety officer is always very safety focused. He even noticed some very minor deficiencies in my handling and arming which gives me confidence in his dedication to running a very safe range for everyone. I have noticed he even watches when I am packing up to leave to ensure my weapon is unloaded and transported safely. Very helpful instruction if you want it but not pushed on you. Rarely crowded and if you plan on practicing a lot the yearly membership is well worth it. They require your FSC to use the range which I like. read more

I even asked what they had to offer and she just said we do sell vest but only low quality vest only. Lol. She put it out there that they do not sell SafeLife brand even though I did not bring that up. she said "is that all". So rude. Definitely a red flag. Don't do business here, they do not know how to troubleshoot questions. She hung up on me as well. I even asked what sizes they had to offer and no response. They had great customer service and were very professional and intellectual in their field. I am a returning customer because I appreciate how they do business. So a while a ago I got my FSC there and the instructor played a video to help you be prepared to take your test. They print and laminate your card for you. I returned today to use the range with my friend. I love that they only let people on the range who have the FSC. Also unlike other ranges I experienced the instructor is with you to help. Miguel made my friend and I feel so comfortable and I feel like my confidence and my skill in this area has grown so much. Great experience from start to finish. We were created very warmly by Lolah who explained to us the process and what we need to do. My friend didn't have a his license on him so they explained to us that we needed to retake the test but it would be easy. Sure enough it was a very quick and painless process. Came in to get my live scan done for finger prints. My girlfriend and I made an appointment and we're seen immediately upon arrival. It did take over 1 hour to get all the paperwork ready and for us to get scanned... also cost 90 bucks each (but that is expected for out of pocket live scan cost). Seems as though you will have to stay on top of them as far as paperwork and procedure goes. I purchased a weapon, asked them if they had everything they needed, and waited the 10 days. On the 11th day, I went to pick up the weapon and they told me that hadn't submitted my paperwork yet. They basically had to resubmit the paperwork. This was AFTER I already paid for the weapon. In July of 2020, I took the Exposed Firearms Course to renew my firearms permit that had expired. I found the entire staff to be very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I was so happy with them and the service they provided me, that I signed up for a range membership, and I try to go in least one a month to fire on their range. With that, I have access to a range master who's actually helped me improve my shooting. They're also very helpful and patient. I know this from personal experience as I've bugged them lately with FFL questions.:-) I've only really interacted with Alejandra, Lola, Daniel, and Miguel, and they're always very welcoming whenever I approach them. Had the opportunity to visit Marshall Security for information about their safety classes. Edmon, and his entire staff were top notch and showed major love. Me and my daughter took a safety class with Daniel (who was very thorough and knowledgeable) - he took his time and explained everything in detail. While on the range, he went over proper shooting techniques and made suggestions on being more efficient - sure he was talking to my daughter because I'm ex-military and know it all!! If I could give them 0 starts I would. I have never had a worse experience in my entire life than having to purchase my firearm through them. Waited 26 days where only 10 days were the mandated california cool down period. Purchased on Sept 21st they failed to submit DROS until Oct 7th I have the receipt and emails to prove all my paperwork was submitted on the 21st. So it took them 16 days to submit my DROS in those 16 days I called multiple times with no response until Oct 7th when they some how were able to give me an exact 10 day window. Previously by an employee I was told the 10 day wait was 10 business days not including sat or sun instead of the 10 24hr periods as stated by CA DOJ. They refused to acknowledge the mistake on thier part and blamed the "system" saying that sometimes it takes the "system" longer to accept paperwork. Like previously stated though on the 7th they were able to provide me a 10 24hr periods to the time that I called in at. Just over all worse than having to deal with MEP when joining the military. Would not recommend this business not even to my worst enemy. DO NOT SHOP HERE AVOID AT ALL COST if possible shop and shoot and train somewhere else more professional with people that are up to date and keep up with 2A news and actually wish to support the community. read more

I ask the Department of Justice to remove this place from being an FFL dealer. I went in there today to do a private party transfer for two pistols and they charged me $97 per pistol. I felt like I was raped and beyond. Total came out to be $194 total. That's ridiculous. I will never spend a $1 at this place in my life. That's an abuse what they're doing there. Any other place would have charged me $58 out the door. read more
