They will guide you through the paperwork as well as instructing you how to handle your weapon and dealing with certain situations while on duty and if you don't have the money to pay upfront, they do payments as well, so don't miss out. But once the class began, the way Mike and Katie structure the course makes everything incredibly approachable and easy to retain. By the end, you walk out feeling far more informed and genuinely confident. During the live portion, they're great at spotting habits we don't even realize we have, and they correct them in a way that feels supportive rather than stressful. I contacted about 10 schools and most didn't respond timely, or just directed me to interact with their websites. Katie was patient and responsive that helped me through the registration process as someone new to a convoluted process and not familiar with the various agencies, forms and requirements. Throughout the course, Katie and her husband demonstrated deep knowledge and experience with both firearm operations and safety, and even more importantly, the current laws from federal to state that are relevant to a CCW holder. They do not provide legal opinion, only sharing the facts. I also appreciated the way they conduct the class with no personal nor political opinions or views, just facts with what's currently allowed or not allowed. I heard some horror stories from fellow classmates that had dealt with other CCW instructors on the list and felt very fortunate that I ended up at the CCW School. He seemed very knowledgeable and shared his Professional experience with Firearms. The class was held at the range and we had the range to ourselves so it felt very exclusive. We each got an NRA Curriculum book so we can follow along with his presentation. And a Certification Roadmap so we can see other courses that NRA offers for certification. We had a Range Safety Officer with us during the shooting qualification and after he shared tips. Overall I'd recommend C&C to anyone that wants quality instruction and wants someone who is approachable and can make everyone feel valued . Thanks C & C!
