Rob (is amazing) & Allison (another in house genius at UHS) have completely won me over. They are kindred souls who freely share their knowledge but do not hesitate to smile & tap out when you tread on ground that they have not worked. I love people that are willing to say, "I don't have experience in that area." I picked up some other items that I didn't know I needed when I dropped in. I finally had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I do a lot of shopping online and this is the most disappointing experience I have ever had. They charged my card immediately but did not send any order confirmation or shipping information. I waited six weeks for the planters or at least a return phone call, but received nothing. I have to question if this is a real business or a scam.

The plants have grown-in to completely cover the wall and the impact it has been remarkable. People feel transformed when they sit in my patio and look at the wall. Chris and his team made the installation quick and easy. Now the system is up and running by itself. There is very little maintenance and I have the comfort in knowing that if one plant dies I can easily replace it and my wall will look as good as ever.
