The garden has the best prices, a grand selection and second to none customer service. It is obvious the staff have a passion for plants. Patience with every question I could invent about how to keep my new rubber plant alive and excitement for me to expand my personal plant collection. They just introduced a plant punch card too which comes with a discount after a number of purchases?! I haven't personally tried it but I can't wait to get one! The entire fence project happened sooner than we ever expected. We worked with Taylor and he was fantastic. One day after talking to him, he had the top soil delivered to our house and then came that weekend to grade it for us as well. I really have to say this was amazing customer service. Other local companies said it would take over a week to have this completed, but Taylor was able to resolve our issue quickly and at a fair cost. We really appreciate Taylor and his team. We will continue to shop and use the Backyard Nursey in the future.

The last time i was there i tried to purchase about 14 plants with the buy 5 and get the discount price as they advertised. At the register they told me oh no that's different, that's not right, and you picked the wrong ones. I explained i went by the display signs where the plants were sitting! She said it doesn't matter you're wrong. I politely agreed to put everything g back and not bother them anymore and they said ok ! seems to me a great way to run off customers that really love your plants but lacking in customer service! i share this often to my gardner friends focus on kindness, helpfulness and clarity in your special offers jerry johnson

I attempted to make a conversation with the two "ladies" at the register as i walked in and they refused to speak or even make eye contact with my wife or myself, but did however find the chances to cast judgmental glances our way as we walked around the store. Not sure what it was about these "ladies" working in a retail store that made them think they were so much better than my wife who had just finished a 12 hour shift at a hospital as an RN or myself who works at a Navigation Lock for the Army Corp of Engineers, but I have never met anyone in my life who were so rude. Maybe it was our choice of attire? Maybe it was my outgoing personality and attempts to engage them in friendly conversation? Whatever it were I hope these "ladies" feel better about themselves in the way they chose to treat a potential customer. I hope the actions of these women does not reflect the attitude of the Lines family as we plan on visiting the greenhouses on signal mountain one day.

The lady there was very happy with her greeting but was interrupted and spoken to in a ugly attitude by the man who seemed to be in charge. If this woman is his wife working for him there is no love by the tone of his voice. We are happy with our over paid purchase of an orchid. The succulents are way over priced also so we didn't buy one or any of them. Understandably Lines is mostly whole sale, with his customer service I recommend other venues to find over priced plants with the exception of curtious manager in charge. I DO NOT recommend Lines Orchids.
