I even sent her two back up bouquets in case there were any issues. I specifically told her I did not want someone "creating" my wedding flowers. My bouquet looks like they grabbed whatever flowers they had around the shop and stuck them together...not even professionally arranged. My colors were burgundy and sage...they used yellow flowers in my bouquet. The pew arrangements I received were all wrong. I asked for a tulle ivory bow and flowers going down to the floor. I ended up with a white ribbon bow, ivory tulle going to the floor and roses on top. . I thought they brought me someone else's wedding flowers. They were the ugliest pew arrangements I have ever seen. They only used 2 roses on each arrangement and charged me $40 each! These were nothing like the photos I sent them. When I ordered an additional two pew arrangements without the bows...she wanted to charge me more money than she quoted me with the bows. The owner could care less, she didn't bother responding to the first e-mail I sent her. Find another florist. Use someone that has integrity in business and can admit to their mistakes and make it right. The owner has said she did nothing wrong, even though the flowers I received clearly were not what I ordered. She has offered me no compensation whatsoever. After writing my review on Yelp, I had someone go behind me and write nasty comments. Then someone that has written reviews on every website starts following me on Facebook. These are not the type of people you want to trust your special day with. Now this is the description the owner wrote on my contract... I was ultimately disappointed with my service from this florist. I placed an order to be delivered…read moreto an office, but had to change the address as the recipient was not at his office that day. The florist had (understandably) already charged me for the original delivery. Because the new destination was further away, I was charged a second time with an additional $4 fee to make up for the mileage. This, too, I understood. However, the recipient ultimately picked up the bouquet, which was small, but fine bouquet. Unfortunately, it looked nothing like the bouquet I referenced when placing the order. For example, it should have had tulips. It did not. Still, I was OK with it. A few days later, I called the florist because I had been charged twice, both times for a delivery that did not take place as the flowers were picked up. I was told the first charge was canceled and to wait for my bank to reflect that. (Thus, I'm waiting. Perhaps my bank is slow to update.) However, I asked about the second charge which included a steep delivery fee for flowers that were picked up. I was told they "added" flowers to the bouquet to make up for the difference, but they could not tell me what flowers were added to what was a very small bouquet. (And remember, it should have included tulips. It did not. So what was added that was worth the extra money?) I explained that, as a customer, I would have liked a call regarding whether to add to my bouquet or refund my delivery fee. The florist simply kept repeating " I understand" and "We are happy to send you a receipt." In other words, my issue wasn't addressed. In the future, I will use other florists with more straight-forward business practices. I do not recommend this company, nor was I bowled over by the floral arrangement itself.

Flowers from this shop look better than any other shop I've tried in Chattanooga. Even better--the shop has a beautiful, very friendly chocolate Labrador retriever, who'll want to be petted while you wait for your flowers. Do note--this shop seems to have a bit of a love-hate relationship with its website. The website is one of those templates which all flower shops seem to get from flowers.com or something, and Grafe isn't very committed to keeping it updated. One time I came to pick up an order when the shop was closed, because the hours on the website are apparently more of a suggestion than actual hours. However, just calling them on the phone will solve this problem. Personally I think the low-tech nature of how Grafe does business is part of the charm. And again--they make the most beautiful bouquets in Chattanooga. You can't go wrong with that.

And I also left a negative review, as I hoped that would make someone take notice. Todd Grafe contacted me today, was very dismissive and rude, asking me what would make me happy so he could move on. I asked for an arrangement like what was expected be delivered as a replacement. He tried his best to talk over me, mansplaining at it's best, and attempted to make me feel inferior since my children politely accepted the flowers delivered. Like all of this was is the recipient's fault? When my husband, who was watching my end of the conversation, inquired, I referred to Mr Grafe as an "asshole", because in my opinion he was being a real jerk. I really couldn't believe a business owner would act like that. I was an inconvenience to him. Needless to say, Todd heard my characterization of his behavior and was not pleased. I don't feel obliged to erase what transpired. I won't participate in his QUID PRO QUO game. My advice, choose wisely.

I was disgusted by the flowers I received as it seemed I had gotten the scraps from the flower shop. It never occurred to me to write a review at that time. Today my son sent me flowers for my birthday and again the flowers look half chewed up. All flowers are in full bloom and some are even withering already. The Daisies are half dead. This show owner should be ashamed. Is this really the best this shop has to offer? I can do better at Publix with a 3/$12 deal. Disappointing and I have let my son know to NEVER waste his money by ordering from this place again.
