I even sent her two back up bouquets in case there were any issues. I specifically told her I did not want someone "creating" my wedding flowers. My bouquet looks like they grabbed whatever flowers they had around the shop and stuck them together...not even professionally arranged. My colors were burgundy and sage...they used yellow flowers in my bouquet. The pew arrangements I received were all wrong. I asked for a tulle ivory bow and flowers going down to the floor. I ended up with a white ribbon bow, ivory tulle going to the floor and roses on top. . I thought they brought me someone else's wedding flowers. They were the ugliest pew arrangements I have ever seen. They only used 2 roses on each arrangement and charged me $40 each! These were nothing like the photos I sent them. When I ordered an additional two pew arrangements without the bows...she wanted to charge me more money than she quoted me with the bows. The owner could care less, she didn't bother responding to the first e-mail I sent her. Find another florist. Use someone that has integrity in business and can admit to their mistakes and make it right. The owner has said she did nothing wrong, even though the flowers I received clearly were not what I ordered. She has offered me no compensation whatsoever. After writing my review on Yelp, I had someone go behind me and write nasty comments. Then someone that has written reviews on every website starts following me on Facebook. These are not the type of people you want to trust your special day with. Now this is the description the owner wrote on my contract... Cascade style like photo using dark red mini & crème calla lilies cream Asiatic lily's, roses, berries etc..... 16 Pew Flowers Greenery flowers, tulle and Ivory bow, like photo *Notice the like photo...yet what I received sure doesn't look like the photo...notice there isn't yellow flowers listed for my bouquet..but there's yellow flowers in my bouquet....notice it says tulle ivory bow....but the pew arrangements have a white ribbon bow*

My grandparents are buried in Poplar Spring Cemetery, and Decoration Day at the cemetery is May 16. For eleven years after my grandfather passed away, my grandmother faithfully attended Decoration Day until she passed away in 2017. I live out of state and called Ann-Other Flower Shop to see if they would be willing to design an arrangement to deliver to the cemetery and place on my grandparents' grave for Decoration Day. Not only did they design an absolutely stunning floral arrangement, they delivered it to the cemetery and sent me photos of the finished product.
