Several years ago I had ordered flowers from another flower shop -- a floral broker I am guessing -- and was disappointed (embarrased really) with the arrangement that btw was delivered late! This time, since this was for my Mom and Dad for Christmas, I knew I wanted it to be super nice. So I called Ruth's and described what I wanted. She listened and was so positive and personable. She must have a great selection, because the bouquet ended up being exactly what I had described I wanted, and delivered even a bit ahead of scheduled expectation. Fran was polite and gracious and told me she could do it but it wouldn't arrive until late in the day, I was so happy she could do it. Not only that, she asked if there were any special items I wanted in the gift basket and went to three different stores looking for them! My 94 year old friend received a beautiful gift basket with a balloon attached for her birthday thanks to Fran's kindness and professionalism.
