Unfortunately a couple of days later she noticed that several of the flowers were dying. 3 days after I picked up the arrangement I called Emily to ask how long we could expect the flowers to last and was told at least a week maybe 2. I explained the condition the flowers were in and Emily apologized profusely and asked if I would like to pick up a new arrangement or have it delivered. I offered to pick them up but they had a delivery near us that afternoon. A little after two my wife had another beautiful arrangement. I will never use another florist in Chattanooga. THANKS EMILY!

There are no do-overs. The flowers were not there, and instead of an apology, I was made to feel like I was making it up. That is an unacceptable way to treat any customer. I have not received a refund or any meaningful acknowledgment of what happened other than a terrible attitude. I would not trust this business with anything time-sensitive or emotionally important.

I called the shop and they apologized and said they would replace them if I would come in the day there flowers came in. I was fine with this arrangement however, the flowers they gave me were half the size of the original order and the flowers were not the quality of the first ones. So I made a trip to the shop to pickup flowers that I could have got at the grocery store for less then twenty dollars. We will not be ordering from this shop again.

I asked for 2 colors of a flower, and when I arrived I had a wrap with 3-4 of the same color and a few green fluff items. Mostly fluff items. For $40. When I brought up that it was completely wrong, they took it to the back to "fix" and came back with 2-3 more flowers, same color, one of them wilting. I would suggest another flower shop.
