The entire order was placed online shortly before mid-day a few hours later I actually called the shop to see if they had received my online order and if they had processed it yet. I was pleasantly surprised to discover they not only had received the order the order had been delivered! The entire process was easy, their prices are fair and their customer service was excellent. The next morning the flowers were dying I changed the water thinking that would help. The next day they were definitely dead. I called the shop and they apologized and said they would replace them if I would come in the day there flowers came in. I was fine with this arrangement however, the flowers they gave me were half the size of the original order and the flowers were not the quality of the first ones. So I made a trip to the shop to pickup flowers that I could have got at the grocery store for less then twenty dollars. We will not be ordering from this shop again.
