Beautiful and healthy plants. They have a great variety of annuals and perennials. Their prices are very reasonable as well for the quality.

Wow, what a beautiful place to take a walk on the weekend!…read more I don't know how much of it we saw, we walked in 1.5 miles and got to see lots of well maintained grass and tree groves, a main pathway with markers describing the species and sometimes when they were planted. We parked outside the gate as the signs instructed. The place is surrounded by East Tennessee agrarian beauty with farmland, horses, lush green hills on the skylines, and we saw deer. I suspect there is a bunch of wildlife out here if one takes the time to observe. It's peaceful, dare I say, "serene." No bathroom facilities, no trash bins, and a few others out walking their dogs. I'd like to come back and find out more about the place, the mission, the botany, etc. It looks like some folks work really hard here to make it such a nice place. There is an agricultural type of canal-ditch and aluminum sprinklers with big risers and wheels. It's interesting.

I've been a frequent Mayo shopper, but I think I found my new nursery. Just got a small, porch…read moregreen house and was looking around to see what could be put in there and Jim was a lot of help. Even for being the winter they have a great selection of plants, and will be getting starters in late Feb. Can't wait to browse again for my summer garden.

First I have to say is Nope. Don't do it. Plants are overpriced and while it's nice that "you buy…read moreit we plant it" it's really not worth the price. My experience was not great I bought 19 plants for 4500.00 plus tax. Oh and just to be clear there was line items for delivery and planting in that total. I got my delivery date and the Team showed up on the day and time. Very courteous site manager. HOWEVER after planting half of the plants they acted like they were done and I was confused to say the least. I asked what about the 7 limelight hydrangeas? And I got a puzzled look, and then after some checking the site manager says "oh we didnt have those in stock yet. since it is the second week in March in East Tennessee, I think ok I can go with that; when are those coming? what I hear is oh we will get those probably in 2 weeks and we will get those delivered and planted for you then. WELL, it's April 30th, no hydrangeas, multiple phone calls and text messages and an empty bed. I even got a text message asking me to send a picture of the hydrangeas. my reply was "picture of what?" The response "of the dead hydrangeas we need to replace". My reply "I don't think we are on the same page here I NEVER got the hydrangeas!" Radio silence after this. Got a message from corporate about scheduling a check on the plants for the guarantee they offer. So I thought okay I will ask them about my hydrangeas. Got no response. So needless to say my vote is NOPE to Moon Valley. Too expensive and poor customer service.. Rate them a zero If I could.
