Unfortunately a couple of days later she noticed that several of the flowers were dying. 3 days after I picked up the arrangement I called Emily to ask how long we could expect the flowers to last and was told at least a week maybe 2. I explained the condition the flowers were in and Emily apologized profusely and asked if I would like to pick up a new arrangement or have it delivered. I offered to pick them up but they had a delivery near us that afternoon. A little after two my wife had another beautiful arrangement. I will never use another florist in Chattanooga. THANKS EMILY!

I met with the owner a few times about my wedding flowers. I sent her a picture of the bouquet I…read morewanted and she verified that was the bouquet she was doing. I even sent her two back up bouquets in case there were any issues. I specifically told her I did not want someone "creating" my wedding flowers. My bouquet looks like they grabbed whatever flowers they had around the shop and stuck them together...not even professionally arranged. My colors were burgundy and sage...they used yellow flowers in my bouquet. The pew arrangements I received were all wrong. I asked for a tulle ivory bow and flowers going down to the floor. I ended up with a white ribbon bow, ivory tulle going to the floor and roses on top. . I thought they brought me someone else's wedding flowers. They were the ugliest pew arrangements I have ever seen. They only used 2 roses on each arrangement and charged me $40 each! These were nothing like the photos I sent them. When I ordered an additional two pew arrangements without the bows...she wanted to charge me more money than she quoted me with the bows. The owner could care less, she didn't bother responding to the first e-mail I sent her. Find another florist. Use someone that has integrity in business and can admit to their mistakes and make it right. The owner has said she did nothing wrong, even though the flowers I received clearly were not what I ordered. She has offered me no compensation whatsoever. After writing my review on Yelp, I had someone go behind me and write nasty comments. Then someone that has written reviews on every website starts following me on Facebook. These are not the type of people you want to trust your special day with. Now this is the description the owner wrote on my contract... Cascade style like photo using dark red mini & crème calla lilies cream Asiatic lily's, roses, berries etc..... 16 Pew Flowers Greenery flowers, tulle and Ivory bow, like photo *Notice the like photo...yet what I received sure doesn't look like the photo...notice there isn't yellow flowers listed for my bouquet..but there's yellow flowers in my bouquet....notice it says tulle ivory bow....but the pew arrangements have a white ribbon bow*

I called Grafe Studios to order a premium arrangement following the birth of our fourth grandchild…read moreand spoke to a very polite female. I chose one of their website offerings because it wasn't a generic arrangement and we discussed this at length. Needless to say I was not happy with what was created when my son sent me a picture, thanking me. I contacted Grafe Studios via their website as it was now after hours. And I also left a negative review, as I hoped that would make someone take notice. Todd Grafe contacted me today, was very dismissive and rude, asking me what would make me happy so he could move on. I asked for an arrangement like what was expected be delivered as a replacement. He tried his best to talk over me, mansplaining at it's best, and attempted to make me feel inferior since my children politely accepted the flowers delivered. Like all of this was is the recipient's fault? When my husband, who was watching my end of the conversation, inquired, I referred to Mr Grafe as an "asshole", because in my opinion he was being a real jerk. I really couldn't believe a business owner would act like that. I was an inconvenience to him. Needless to say, Todd heard my characterization of his behavior and was not pleased. I don't feel obliged to erase what transpired. I won't participate in his QUID PRO QUO game. My advice, choose wisely.

Disappointing and I have let my son know to NEVER waste his money by ordering from this place again.

I was drawn to Ruth's due to her more than 200 great reviews, and all with 5 stars. Impressive! And she and her team certainly did not disappoint. Several years ago I had ordered flowers from another flower shop -- a floral broker I am guessing -- and was disappointed (embarrased really) with the arrangement that btw was delivered late! This time, since this was for my Mom and Dad for Christmas, I knew I wanted it to be super nice. So I called Ruth's and described what I wanted. She listened and was so positive and personable. She must have a great selection, because the bouquet ended up being exactly what I had described I wanted, and delivered even a bit ahead of scheduled expectation. I will now be calling on Ruth's for all my Chattanooga area floral needs!
