I was drawn to Ruth's due to her more than 200 great reviews, and all with 5 stars. Impressive! And she and her team certainly did not disappoint. Several years ago I had ordered flowers from another flower shop -- a floral broker I am guessing -- and was disappointed (embarrased really) with the arrangement that btw was delivered late! This time, since this was for my Mom and Dad for Christmas, I knew I wanted it to be super nice. So I called Ruth's and described what I wanted. She listened and was so positive and personable. She must have a great selection, because the bouquet ended up being exactly what I had described I wanted, and delivered even a bit ahead of scheduled expectation. I will now be calling on Ruth's for all my Chattanooga area floral needs!
