Needless to say I was not happy with what was created when my son sent me a picture, thanking me. I contacted Grafe Studios via their website as it was now after hours. And I also left a negative review, as I hoped that would make someone take notice. Todd Grafe contacted me today, was very dismissive and rude, asking me what would make me happy so he could move on. I asked for an arrangement like what was expected be delivered as a replacement. He tried his best to talk over me, mansplaining at it's best, and attempted to make me feel inferior since my children politely accepted the flowers delivered. Like all of this was is the recipient's fault? When my husband, who was watching my end of the conversation, inquired, I referred to Mr Grafe as an "asshole", because in my opinion he was being a real jerk.
