Several years ago I had ordered flowers from another flower shop -- a floral broker I am guessing -- and was disappointed (embarrased really) with the arrangement that btw was delivered late! This time, since this was for my Mom and Dad for Christmas, I knew I wanted it to be super nice. So I called Ruth's and described what I wanted. She listened and was so positive and personable. She must have a great selection, because the bouquet ended up being exactly what I had described I wanted, and delivered even a bit ahead of scheduled expectation. I will now be calling on Ruth's for all my Chattanooga area floral needs!

I selected the cheaper option which was to have the florists design the bouquet themselves and you can give them special requests online. Had some trouble accessing the request section online but I called them and they were helpful. I requested no red roses and for the primary color to be yellow. They turned out beautiful! They were delivered with care and in a very timely manner. I ordered them less than 24 hours in advance and it still worked out. This place also does same day flower delivery. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to give that special someone or friend a nice gift. They are also very good about calling you or the recipient to let them know about the delivery. They speak with cheerful, delighted voices that are good to hear. Makes the process very easy.

I chose one of their website offerings because it wasn't a generic arrangement and we discussed this at length. Needless to say I was not happy with what was created when my son sent me a picture, thanking me. I contacted Grafe Studios via their website as it was now after hours. And I also left a negative review, as I hoped that would make someone take notice. Todd Grafe contacted me today, was very dismissive and rude, asking me what would make me happy so he could move on. I asked for an arrangement like what was expected be delivered as a replacement. He tried his best to talk over me, mansplaining at it's best, and attempted to make me feel inferior since my children politely accepted the flowers delivered. Like all of this was is the recipient's fault? When my husband, who was watching my end of the conversation, inquired, I referred to Mr Grafe as an "asshole", because in my opinion he was being a real jerk. I really couldn't believe a business owner would act like that. I was an inconvenience to him. Needless to say, Todd heard my characterization of his behavior and was not pleased. I don't feel obliged to erase what transpired. I won't participate in his QUID PRO QUO game. My advice, choose wisely.
