Six-day old roses.

The Roses were half-open on Valentine's Day and today is the 20th, six days later and the roses are about dead. I'll use someone else the next time.

Great selection, great prices, friendly staff. Adam Carolla said every man needs a florist. I found mine with Ruth and Doyle's.

I was ultimately disappointed with my service from this florist. I placed an order to be delivered…read moreto an office, but had to change the address as the recipient was not at his office that day. The florist had (understandably) already charged me for the original delivery. Because the new destination was further away, I was charged a second time with an additional $4 fee to make up for the mileage. This, too, I understood. However, the recipient ultimately picked up the bouquet, which was small, but fine bouquet. Unfortunately, it looked nothing like the bouquet I referenced when placing the order. For example, it should have had tulips. It did not. Still, I was OK with it. A few days later, I called the florist because I had been charged twice, both times for a delivery that did not take place as the flowers were picked up. I was told the first charge was canceled and to wait for my bank to reflect that. (Thus, I'm waiting. Perhaps my bank is slow to update.) However, I asked about the second charge which included a steep delivery fee for flowers that were picked up. I was told they "added" flowers to the bouquet to make up for the difference, but they could not tell me what flowers were added to what was a very small bouquet. (And remember, it should have included tulips. It did not. So what was added that was worth the extra money?) I explained that, as a customer, I would have liked a call regarding whether to add to my bouquet or refund my delivery fee. The florist simply kept repeating " I understand" and "We are happy to send you a receipt." In other words, my issue wasn't addressed. In the future, I will use other florists with more straight-forward business practices. I do not recommend this company, nor was I bowled over by the floral arrangement itself.
