I decided to do some research and found Carpets in Dalton online. They carried the same brands so, I sent them an email. Joshua quickly responded via email and I then gave hIm a call. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and made excellent suggestions without making me feel pressured. Then he gave me the price and well it was HALF the cost for the exact same brand! I thought it may be too good to be true, but Joshua sent me all the paperwork and a contract and everything was legitimate. I signed and paid for the rug and it arrived in a timely manner. Unfortunately, there was a manufacturing issue with the rug. I reached out to Joshua and he made sure a replacement was sent. He was truly my advocate. I had been a costumer since 2010 and returned a roll of carpet padding today (03/15/23) and they charged me 25%. I was sold twice the carpet and padding needed. I understand they could not take back cut to size carpet, but you would have thought they would take responsibility for telling me to measure wrongly and refund the untouched padding. The woman that is the only one that can handle refunds was very smug and passive aggressive. Though I paid with a check and they electronically removed the funds from the bank instantly she insisted they write me a check for the discounted return. Let's hope the check is good! They must not be doing very much business and need to hold on to every penny. I will let you know if the check clears. Never going back there!

I worked with Linda, and she was very responsive to emails and accurate in all the details. She got me the quote right away. We set a delivery date. She helped rush it through a bit because another store had delayed me significantly with their inability to give me a price. So, I got a custom Fabrica 9 x 12 area rug for roughly $1000 delivered, when it was $1400-1500 here (and not even with a wool border serge - that made it around $1700 here). I love this place.
