We took my 9 year old daughter on a Saturday afternoon & it was packed! There was a picnic table outside which was great for us because the weather was nice & it was quiet. You pick the piece of pottery you want to paint & they have all the supplies. There were some colors like white & black that were all being used by other patrons so we asked staff if they had more and they were able to find us some. When you're done they fire them & call you about a week later once everything is finished. Some people appeared to take their own snacks in & there were larger tables for big groups. It was a good chance to do something different & was super relaxing.

I took my granddaughters for an outing and decided to go to paint pottery. I am glad I did. My five year granddaughter loved it. She would put the first coat on and wanted to paint another ceramic. The ceramic needs at least 3 coats before firing. She put three different colors with multiple designs. I can't wait to see it once it fired. It takes a week. I'll post a picture once it arrives. I decided it would be a great date for my husband and I. I certainly will return.

The employees are sweet, helpful and knowledgeable. From a large group to a small more intimate night out, we had a relaxing and enjoyable time.

I really love this business. I love it even more in its new location. It's such a well laid-out store. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I love that it's really very stress free. We brought our daughter and picked a few items to paint. They have a great collection of stamps stencils sponges an extra tools to help make your project perfect. They have to party rooms which are super cute. Actually hope to have a party there in the near future. It's more expensive then other businesses like this but it's totally worth it. It's fun for all ages. Can't wait to go back at Christmas time as this might be my favorite place for Christmas gifts

I've been swept up by the crafty wave ever since my first visit several years ago. Ever since then, we bring the nieces and nephews whenever they visit. I'm not sure which is the bigger thrill, watching them get into it so enthusiastically or painting ceramics for myself. There is quite a range of ceramic selections to customize. We spend too much of our time trying to pick our dish, vase, tile, animal, character, toy or sport paraphernalia. We get better at the paint and dry cycle every time that we participate. With so many nice little eateries moving in along side it has become the perfect spot for a very engaging date! It's difficult to leave our little treasures there when we're done (the art, not the kids). The week long wait to finally retrieve our kiln fired artifact seems indomitable. (It seems, like forever too!)

I went to the pottery place with my kids and my two good friends and their kids. It was a Sunday,…read morethere were 10 of us, and the pottery place was very busy. They don't accept reservations, but their website claims they can seat 70, so we figured they could handle us. We even stated that we would prefer to be broken up into two tables, as this seemed more manageable for everyone. The manager said OK , and that we would be put on the waitlist. We waited patiently, browsing the selection and chatting amongst ourselves, trying to stay out of the way. When it was our turn to be seated, we were ushered to an eight person table. I addressed my concerns that there wouldn't be enough room for all 10 of us, and reiterated we were told we'd have two tables. They refused to honor that agreement. The extra seats that were pulled up for us did not fit the height of the table and I wasn't able to fit my legs underneath. I decided since I did not have proper accommodations, I would not purchase a piece to paint. I was really looking forward to painting something to give as a birthday present, and had planned on spending a good amount of money!! (I paid over $60 for my children to paint a mug and a 3 inch gnome.) We noticed that two tables remained available on either side of us for a while. We politely asked if we could use one of them and we were told no they were reserved. Nobody ever sat at one of them, and at no point for the remainder of our time there were there any less than two available tables in the room, just sitting there empty. I was upset by this experience. I was not friendly when settling up and paying at the end because I believed I was being treated poorly. I don't have to make eye contact and smile, and certainly couldn't find it in me to do so. I wrote a Yelp and a Google review when I got home. The following day I received a phone call from that same manager. She got my phone number off of my pick up information that I provided at the shop and called me at home, unsolicited. She gaslit me, made false accusations, and was defensive and argumentative. I certainly didn't write a review as an invitation for her to call and harass me. I wrote a review to alert other potential customers about a problem that was unresolved by the management of this business. They had the ability to accommodate us and went out of their way not to. We expressed that we were not satisfied, and they refused to make any effort. When I expressed my experience in my reviews, they contacted me to argue about it. Though I wish I had never been to the pottery place, I know there are plenty of other places I enjoy going, where I am treated well.

Ally walked us through the pottery and painting techniques and it was just a few minutes waiting on a table. The place was buzzing and there were so many talented people there... you could seriously be mesmerized just watching them paint! Back to pottery... choices for every person and every budget. Paint colors and brushes galore. It was intense watching our table full of family with a birthday celebration creating their unique pottery. I can't wait to see the finished result in a week! Thanks much and we'll definitely be back! A++++
