Now I'm stuck with the cost of preparing the beds, still waiting on a refund, and dealing with poor customer service that's difficult to reach. I would not recommend buying from this company.

So we called and repeated our request. They sent a young man out to take pictures of our project. Our house has cameras and we know when arrival and departure occurred. We would have appreciated honesty and communication from the beginning.
