I had several additional requests which they accommodated such as adding an extra drain line and additional return vent and all the work was done as requested. Since completion of the job, they have come back on routine maintenance visits to keep the system up and running and the cost of which was included with the original work. I therefore. have been very pleased with after-installation service. Separately, I used them for plumbing, specifically replacing a sink faucet, repairing a garbage disposal, and repairing a leaky shower fixture. I was very pleased with this service as well. Especially the garbage disposal because all it needed was a minor turn of a crank to loosen it up instead of a full replacement, which saved me a significant amount of money. Obviously, overall, I'm very happy with their services. I will be using them again and highly recommend.

Do you need a new water heater? This is the company to get if you don't want to wait!…read more Luckily my hot water heater finally decided to die in the middle of the summer. However, cold showers get old after the first one. Anyways, I assumed it was repairable due to clogged valves or needed replacement as it was over 10 years old and maybe much older. I called this company up because of the reviews and anything veteran owned is usually legit. Nassim was my technician and he can right in the middle of the service window scheduled. He immediately found the issue and gave me two options - repair or replace. I decided to replace because I know the water supply in this community tends to have a lot of minerals buildup. I'm glad I did. Upon removing the old hot water heater, a ton of deposits was found. I may have been missing out on full powered showers for years. Not anymore! Highly recommended. No BS. No upsell. Time to shower and be clean again!

After being cut off multiple times on our brief conversation, he ended up hanging up on me mid-sentence, before I could explain the true location of the requested services. What a shame, missed out on potentially $1k-$1.5k worth of work. Being an experienced tradesperson is one thing and having common decency when speaking to potential customers is another, you need both. I am very happy he behaved like this BEFORE he was at my house doing work. Just like you have no time for your customers, I have no time for that behavior. I encourage everyone to read the past reviews from Tom C., Alex O., Ana B., Lori F., and Lema Y (those are just under the recommended reviews).
