The two employees that they sent out were supposed to be two of their best people who intern overlooked the problem. Had them give me a quote on another system for our barn during covid but ultimately went with another vendor quote (and that system has been problem free). Called today to see if I could get service on one of the compressors they sold us and apparently they are blocking my phone # (my wife's phone was able to get through). Very odd behavior. Apparently we are close enough to sell AC systems but they don't want to service us or they are butt hurt that I didn't accept last quote. You have been warned. Comment on the response: Erica's response doesn't make sense - they show service to the area on the website, they have never raised any issue of "safety" at our house and doesn't excuse blocking the number of a customer who has always been polite and paid bills promptly.

I used a highly rated company (C1) found on Yelp in the spring to turn on my boiler. They…read morecouldn't. They told me that I had to have the gas company to turn the gas on. They also charged me for cleaning. When the heating season came, I had the gas turned on, I called C1 again to get my boiler turned on. They still couldn't bug quitedc me to replace both valves for $4k or get a new boiler for $8500. OHA was the second company came to give me a diagnostic. Mr Bryan discovered that the water pipes were completely empty and found a spot on the radiator where the pipes were disconnected. No wonder the boiler won't turn on! However, OHA doesn't repair radiator pipes so he left me this valuable information without charging me a penny! I found a 3rd company came to repair the valves and saved thousands from the 1st company. Forever thankful for Mr Bryan!
