My Dad (who taught HVAC) had cobbled together the whole system to the point where nobody wants to touch it. It obviously needs to be replaced (which we plan to do with Air Row in the spring) but in order to get through the next few months we just needed a quick service. Air Row was super responsive and come out very shortly after we called them. They evaluated the whole system (all 3 of them) and helped us make the best decision without trying to oversell us on things we didn't need.
