He and his crew don't just mow my yard and leave, they check that the irrigation works, the check the health of my plants, and they proactively make recommendations on things to improve the yard. Communication is very important to me and I feel comfortable asking Michael questions and getting his feedback. My last gardener was always late, missed appointments, and couldn't understand the questions I asked. He was cheaper than Michael, but what I saved in costs I paid for with hassle and uncertainty.
