Green Door Design - Orchid plant - Florists Near Me - Mill Valley, California

Green Door Design creates exquisite arrangements. Their customer service is exceptional. They designed a stunning orchid arrangement for my best friend's birthday. Fortunately, they contacted my friend prior to delivery to ensure she was home. Unbeknownst to me, she had traveled abroad and would not return for a couple of weeks. They handled the situation with finesse. Carolyn reached out to me assuring me that they would create a new arrangement upon my friend's return. The orchids were delivered to my friend and she was thrilled. Thank you Green Door for your support. read more

I took my old and in very bad condition succulent wreath to them to see if they could fix it, but it was too far gone to fix. So I bought a new - and much better - succulent wreath at a very fair price. read more

Karolina and Susie were incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable on all things succulents. I don't have a green thumb and I'm a bit intimidated by plant shops. But the sales woman here was so welcoming and accommodating. From the moments I walked in, she was kind, helpful and very knowledgeable. She helped me find the right plant for me and safe for my cat. She also offered detailed care instructions for the plant. I'll definitely go back and would recommend Green Door Design to anyone. I didn't catch her name but thank you. read more

When I needed just the right gift to give a friend who hosted our book club for a weekend up in Tahoe, I knew that I wanted to get her a succulent bowl from Green Door. Susie helped me choose the container (which was perfect) and then together with my son we pulled together the plants. She arranged and planted them while I watched and we topped it off with a few pieces of bright moss. Then I found some containers for me to use with the succulents that I have at home to plant. I have to say, it was so much fun and the environment so peaceful that I wish I could hang out there. I dropped off the bowl this afternoon and already got a text from my friend expressing the surprise and her thanks. It was one of the most enjoyable gift-buying experiences I've ever had. Thank you Susie! read more

What a great experience! My boyfriend and I stopped in on a whim because we've been looking for a house plant. Green Door Design is a small shop filled with an abundance of cute options, small and large. Suzie, the owner, was absolutely amazing and shared tons of useful information with us. We've visited a few nurseries recently and the amount of care and attention Suzie provided was such a differentiator to help us newbies narrow down a good option for us. Her passion really shines through. Even though the plant we liked was on hold, we are excited to go back and make a purchase soon! read more

I am now worshiping at the Church of the Orchid. Susie, the owner of Green Door Design and an orchid savant, has converted me from a weekly fresh flower buyer to a quarterly orchid buyer. Her selection is excellent, and she will tell you all you need to know about taking care of the little beauties, and give you great ideas for arrangements, etc.. Nice selection of pots and accessories. She also does large scale installations, out of my league, but quite dramatic and beautiful. Her in-house designer Bobbie is also great. read more

Had a great experience at green door today. Walked in and asked if they had a ficus plant.
