We were already in Marin and stopped in to purchase one. What should have been a simple, sweet transaction turned uncomfortable very quickly. After requesting just one rose, my husband was met with visible irritation and dismissive behavior. No customer should be made to feel embarrassed or unwelcome for making a modest purchase. Whether someone is buying a single stem or an elaborate arrangement, professionalism and courtesy should be the baseline. This interaction completely changed how I view this business. I will not be returning, and I will not recommend it to friends or family.

I ended up getting a plant here in a unique modern terracotta pot called "El Rancho" by LBE Design, designed by ceramicist Angela Nicole Drew and produced in Mexico, and a delicious smelling candle. This is a clean & organized retail shop, they have a real eye for curating and merchandising, and they sell some of the healthiest plants I've seen in a while. They are generous with their time, to talk through optimal care, and do a nice job here getting a plant ready for gifting.

Instead, she tried to charge me more money for the same flowers and became extremely rude--as if it were my fault she hadn't begun. The morning of the wedding, I sent a friend to pick up the arrangements, and she still wasn't finished. He had to gather the flowers himself so we could complete them before the ceremony. My bridal bouquet was the wrong colors and flowers, the $300 garland wasn't even started, and the centerpiece she was supposed to create was never done--we had to make that ourselves too. This was an incredibly stressful experience on the eve of our wedding, and I would strongly advise anyone planning an important event to go elsewhere.
