She asked what I preferred if any and we chatted on a few favorites. Very easy to speak with her and made the order a breeze! The flowers were absolutely beautiful and delivered as expected on a Saturday (we called before 11AM and she accommodated a same day order which was so appreciated). Grandma was thrilled and we all couldn't be happier. We live in Southern California and order flowers from afar for family in Petaluma fairly frequently for special occasions, and we will definitely order from Petal Town Flowers in the future. Thank you thank you for making this surprise a successful one!!

She was great, and helped me choose the flowers and the wording for a card. Delivery was scheduled for approx. 11:00am on August 30. I paid, in full, just over $200, at that time. On the day of the delivery, the flowers were not there. At 11:30am, I called and spoke to Elizabeth, and she said there was a mix up on their end, and that there was no way she could deliver the flowers that day. No warning, no contact letting me know. The service started at noon, so I was unable to make any last minute plans. I was beyond disappointed by this news. If I had known earlier, I could have made other arrangements. Elizabeth did refund my payment, in full, but that didn't help the fact that no flowers were delivered. I chose a Petaluma florist on purpose, trying to support the local business. But, I received nothing in return.

She returned our call almost immediately. We are out of state and wanted to order a funeral arrangement for a service there in a few days. Through several communications she had very good suggestions, helped us to refine our request and put together a beautiful arrangement well within our budget. She delivered the flowers to the church where they were prominently displayed. From start to finish she was a pleasure to deal with. She more than lived up to her ratings and we could not recommend her more highly. Bob R (Tacoma, WA)

Jessica has helped me not once but twice with last-minute arrangements for very special occasions!…read moreBoth times she has accommodated my budget and created stunning floral masterpieces. My first time working with her she created a sweet bouquet for my parents when they suddenly lost their kitty, "fit for a Duchess" (their kitty's name). Most recently today she helped me with a same-day delivery for my mother's birthday, and even helped bring my parents' trash cans in! (What?! Talk about going above and beyond) My parents are both former florists and are very opinionated about arrangements and quality of flowers - both times they have been blown away by the beauty and personal touch. I am a dedicated patron of Jessica for all my flower needs!

First of all, Jackie has a fantastic personality and is a pleasure to be around. She also has flawless taste. I would make a little comment about something I wanted and she would expand on it and turn it into something amazing. She also worked really well within my budget. She helped me figure out how to get the most for what I wanted to spend and her prices are extremely reasonable. During our mock up, she really heard what I was saying and understood what I liked and what I didn't. When I saw the final result on the wedding day, it was exactly what I had imagined but more beautiful. Every single person commented on how beautiful our flowers were. Jackie also brought a bunch extra that day "just in case". I cannot be happier with my experience and encourage you to check out Jackie for any event!

From start to finish she was so professional, friendly and responsive (somewhat of a rarity in the wedding industry). The process to design the florals was very collaborative. She was also so receptive to working with my budget. I provided Monica with a my Pinterest boards for inspiration and she promptly provided a flower board and description of which of the flowers each arrangement would have. As we got closer to the wedding date, I wanted to slightly tweak the design, Monica was super receptive to my changes. The end result was even more beautiful that I had even imagined. I wished I could have spent all day looking at all of her beautiful arrangement but alas, as they say, the wedding day goes by in a flash! Work with Monica, you won't regret it!!!

What a pleasure doing business with Natalie & Daria's Flowers Gifts…read more I have ordered flowers many times from many companies over the years but these guys are legit. It is obvious they take great care in selecting the flowers and their overall arrangement. Fresh & fragrant, the response from the recipient was "the nicest arrangement ever". They even went as far as to send me photos of the arrangement prior to its delivery...customer service at its finest. I can definitely recommend this florist as they have demonstrated high attention to detail both in product & service.

The flowers were gorgeous colors in our color scheme and went perfectly with the venue's garden vibe. Our bouquets were absolutely stunning, and my flower crown was so, so pretty. Literally every guest told us how amazing our flowers were!! Not only that, but working with Jacci was really great. She matched our energy perfectly - she is warm and down to earth, and she gave us great advice on what flower expenses were "worth it" and what she thought we could cut to save money. She also helped us come up with ways to reuse flowers throughout the day, and was very eco-conscious about her flower sources and materials (for example, she doesn't use flower foam because it's bad for the environment), which we really appreciated. Jacci and her team were the first people we saw when we arrived at the venue day of, and they were all such sweethearts and so full of bright energy and joy for us. We're SO grateful we chose Poppy Cart and could NOT recommend them more highly for anyone looking for absolutely fabulous, spot-on flowers for your wedding or event!!!!!

Jacci did an amazing job with our wedding florals!…read more We did a wedding at Nestldown, which is a pretty large venue that already has a lot of greenery as it is in the redwoods of Santa Cruz. We had some pretty specific aesthetic requests too, all of which Jacci was able to accommodate even though some were pretty complex: 1) We were going for a subtle touch of fairy tale whimsy, so our table centerpieces were these beautiful "Beauty and the Beast" glass jars with florals and fairy lights inside. 2) I had a beautiful flower crown instead of veil. It also had some eucalyptus in it I think so I smelled good too. :P 3) My now husband's one request was a "Stargate of flowers" as a back drop for our ceremony. Yes, like the movie and TV show. lol Jacci delivered it all and it looked so good! I'm especially thankful for the giant Stargate cause man that thing was huge and hard to assemble/move, but it looked incredible. If I did have one piece of feedback, I would say that communication leading up to the wedding (at least via email) was sometimes slow and difficult, but fwiw this year (2022) was particularly hard for weddings as everyone was super busy and trying to catch up on 2 years worth of delayed events. (Boo covid.) The times we did chat though, even if few, were always good. Jacci is very kind and empathetic, and I could tell she really wanted to do a good job even if she was super busy. Jacci did have a quick last call with us in the weeks before the wedding to do one final check in, and tbh even with the various communication challenges, the wedding day itself went off perfectly in the end thanks to her attention to detail!

Great prices for good quality flowers but disappointing customer service…read more I ordered tulips for my April wedding at a great price. We were trying to save money by using simple arrangements and whole sale prices. I asked if we could pick up fresh the morning of the wedding at an agreed time and was told that was fine. The day before the wedding I received an email that the flowers could not be picked up until an hour later than agreed. I felt it was a little unprofessional as I wasn't contacted until this the DAY BEFORE the wedding and felt frustrated at being told I would have to push back all my wedding arrangements on my wedding day to pick-up the flowers. When we received the tulips on that day they were not blooming and very small. We were told not to put them in water and that they would keep for a week. They were not beautiful for my wedding day but a few days later and after being put into water they bloomed and were gorgeous! See Pictures below. I complained and was told that this was my fault. And that it was not their job to get the timing right. I still believe as a professional florist it would have been reasonable for them to tell me that the flowers should be picked up a few days before hand if I wanted them in bloom on a certain day. But again I was told that this was not their job. After asking for an apology and still only getting a lecture about "the flower business" and a half hearted I'm sorry but its not my fault. I settled for a small refund to compensate for my disappointment which I really do appreciate. But honestly I really wished for a more sincere apology and for the person selling them to recognize what happened was bad customer service and honestly could have been avoided because the flowers, once blooming, were beautiful for almost a full week! I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. And I hope that Neve Roses II learns from this. My advice: It is possible to get your flowers from these guys for your wedding at a great price, just make sure that you pick them up a few days early!
