My friend and I ordered a bouquet from a photo on the Fleurs de Marin website & asked to add delphinium. What was sent wasn't even close to the photo- the colors were completely different. We called to express our disappointment, not to ask for anything and were treated with rudeness and impatience. The bouquet they sent was a huge miss! Won't order from here again. read more

Besides my wedding bouquet, this was the most beautiful flower bouquet I've seen! A lovely friend had flowers from this shop delivered to my door and it really made my day! I was looking for a local small business for a delivery to my sister-in-law and came across Fleurs Marin. I am very glad I called them. The owner suggested a plant basket that was not yet on their website, and placing the order was otherwise a breeze. The basket was delivered this afternoon and is beautiful. read more

We just had a high level donor event at a restaurant and I reached out to Fleurs Marin for florals to elevate the space. I was so blown away by how great the service was! I worked with Emily and was so communicative and sent me a picture of a sample arrangement that I approved over email. Because of the LA fires I was not able to fly up on the day of the event and had asked her if she could take a look at the space to make sure it looked nice. Not only did she place her arrangements and take a look around, but she helped the restaurant set up new place cards after my box wasn't delivered. She went above and beyond which brought me to tears. As an event coordinator it's hard to find a florist that charges fairly, communicates well, and produces arrangements that are beautiful. Fleurs Marin does that and more. I cannot recommend them enough. Gorgeous arrangements, fairly priced, and excellent staff. read more

I've been getting flowers from this shop for birthdays, anniversaries, and special occasions for years, and I can honestly say it's hands down the best flower shop in the Bay Area. The arrangements are always stunning--perfectly tailored for each occasion and made with such care. Whether it's a bouquet for a birthday or an elegant centerpiece for an event, they never disappoint. They offer delivery, which makes things so convenient, and the team is incredibly talented. They are professional, friendly and attentive, and it's clear they take pride in what they do. Their storefront is lovely too, with a great selection of cards, gifts, and, of course, flowers. I can always count on them for something special, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommend this shop for all your floral needs! read more

While I have been in the Fleurs flower shop on Sir Francis Drake in Kentfield and was delighted by the service and selection, I had never sent flowers from Fleurs to anyone...until last week. The website is so clear and has so many options to choose from that I was quite pleased and sent my order through. The same-day delivery was awesome and I heard from the recipient how gorgeous the arrangement was. In fact, the next day I visited the office where the flowers had been sent and saw the arrangement and the gorgeous vase. I was so happy because while the photos on the site show some beauties, you just never know. Now, I do know! The arrangement exceeded my expectations and was such a hit. read more

This has been my go to florist for over twenty years. In these difficult times I try to patronize local businesses so I stopped by to purchase a couple of orchids for myself and to have a gift bouquet sent to a sick friend. Over $300 worth of orders. I started to look for orchids when the new manager(?) stepped out of the back to say she was overwhelmed with business in the back and could I come back later to purchase my orchids. I live over twenty minutes away so I declined. She then added " Could I send an orchid to my friend? " Er, no. Then she might or might not be be able to fulfill an order for a delivered bouquet. All righty then, I will just take my business elsewhere. This was a master class in how to alienate customers and go out of business. read more

Hi so I need it some flowers delivered same day I know they might not always be able to accommodate same day deliveries .... but this time they did and my fiancé loves them KUDOS !!! Thank you for making it happen read more

We have been customers of Paradise Flowers and have known Patti and her husband (the owners) for years. My mom, who is 95 years old, recently went to Paradise Flowers to buy an orchid for a friend who lost her husband and was treated horribly. She ended up going to Burns Florist in San Rafael and is now taking her business there. When we just went to complain, the new manager, essentially blew us off explaining that she was trying to give her customer space when in actuality, she offered no service and just sat in the back while my mom was trying to purchase something. Unfortunately, if this is the "new" Paradise Flowers, we are done. We won't be returning. read more

What a joke. I called the other day looking specifically for sunflowers. Knowing that they are being sold everywhere. Whoever answered the phone was very short with me and not only said "Sunflowers are not in season we dont have them untill its sunflower time" but also told me that no one else had them. The next 3 places I called all had beautiful fresh sunflower bouquets for Me. Dont waste your time just go elsewhere and get somthing you're looking for. Marin has tons of great options. read more

Most of the local flower shops primarily do elaborate arrangements for special events. This is one of the only shops in the area that carry a nice assortment of fresh flowers from which you can create a small bouquet or vase of flowers to your own liking. The shop has all the standard varieties of flowers (which vary a bit depending on the season), as well as wonderful little gems, such as tiny little potted plants about 3 inches high and preserved boxwood topiaries. Great place to find the perfect hostess gift! read more

Excellent customer service, and beautiful flowers. I've used Paradise Flowers for years to send flowers for special events, and I very much appreciate the quality and their willingness to include special requests when they create their gorgeous arrangements. Thank you!!! read more

Paradise flowers went above and beyond today. I called to find out if they could make me a corsage for tomorrow and they politely said that they could not. They then respectfully helped me realize that my request was unrealistic and probably no florist would be able to help me on such short notice during prom season They then offered to have me come into the shop and they would show me how to make my own corsage and give me the supplies to do so. My husband went in and they allowed him to video them making the flower arrangement and gave my husband the supplies. They saved us and were so willing to help. Don't find that often. Thanks Paradise Flowers! read more

I ordered a boutonniere the day before my prom, and the lady on the phone was super helpful. They were able to get it done, and it was beautiful. They were especially helpful with picking out the flower, since I had never done it before. Thanks for the great service! read more

I wanted to express my thanks to Patty Bradley and her staff at Paradise Flowers. Highly recommend Paradise Flowers as the florist choice to purchase your next arrangement. I noticed several florists in the area didn't have a website which created a problem for me since I was out of state. Their website has a lot of choices to choose from. I was looking for bright, vibrant colors in my arrangement and Paradise was able to give me exactly what I was looking for. They were delivered on time for Valentine's Day and my daughter was pleased with what she received. Paradise was a pro on handling everything online. read more

My mom has been a longtime customer of Paradise Flowers, and we were so happy to work with them for our wedding flowers. We worked with Tish, who is extremely knowledgeable, and has a wonderful eye and artistic sense. I was able to send her inspiration photos in advance, and everything from the large arrangements, to the smallest details (hairpiece, boutonnieres etc.) turned out beautifully. Even our guests were raving about the flowers! We would highly recommend Paradise Flowers for any occasion. Thank you so much Paradise Flowers and Tish for all of your hard work! read more

For my birthday my mom wanted to send me flowers, sponteniously. Called around and no one could on such short notice, the day off. Paradise flowers said yes, not a problem. Asked her what kind or color. She said blues.. I ended up with green! and purple. Not the most attractive bunch and on top of that she paid probably three times what she should have! Save your money and try a couple more flower shops before them. read more

A++ for Excellence!!!! I needed three very large flower arrangements and from the moment I spoke with Patty I knew I had found the right florist! She asked all the right questions and understood exactly what I wanted after just a short phone conversation. Later that day I visited the shop in person and she was kind enough gather a sample of the flowers so I could see them together and get an idea of how the final arrangements would look. I knew I was in great hands when I discovered she participated in Bouquets to Art at the De Young Museum for 25 years. The arrangements truly were works of art. The flowers were incredibly fresh, beautifully arranged, smelled wonderful, and lasted a very long time. Every detail, including the customer service, was perfect. read more

I was waiting to send flowers to my son until after the birth of their baby yesterday. Unfortunately, the birth got to be late in the day and the call was late. I live in Texas and had called 1-800-flowers and they were unable to deliver until Monday. I called Paradise Flowers and asked if they could still deliver today. They said no that the delivery person had gone home for the day. Then in the background came a response of "I can drop it off." We picked out a blue hydrangea, they packed it up with a note, and delivered it to my family. I am so thankful for Tish and Gina who did this for me. I had to let someone know. Well Done! read more

I called Paradise from NYC to send an arrangement to a family I stayed with in Marin. The service was personal, prompt and friendly. Highly recommended. read more

Horrible, just horrible. I ordered a lei and a single orchid for my daughters high school graduation. The lei arrived but the orchid did not. Mistakes happen and I get that but the complete lack of accountability, the snooty attitude and frankly what I got was a sense of " we don't give a damn" just blew me away. I will never ever spend my money here again. read more
