Walking in on a warm autumnal October at noon, I was able to easily park at this facility. I came…read more20 minutes earlier than my appointment as I anticipated paperwork. Arriving all the way from Orange County, I thought I would give the imaging centers in Ventura County a try The office was extremely easy to find being in suite 120 at the intersection of the hallways, basically the center of the building. As I opened the doors, the interior seem spacious with inviting interior decorations. I am typing this review as I sit in the waiting room. The paperwork for me took about 5 minutes to finish as it was rather straight forward. The staff seem kind when they knew immediately who I was even as I was a new patient based on my appointment time. The ultrasound technician was extremely nice and courteous, having over 15 years of experience. The ultrasound experience was efficient as can be as I was comfortable, yet he was able to take a lot of pictures both ventrally and laterally with his ultrasound wand, with the right amount of pressure without it hurting. The ultrasound gel was warm and much appreciated it. The small talk was brief and enjoyable as I remained pretty much quiet throughout the entire procedure except holding breath when he says so. Afterwards, I returned to the office where I was able to reschedule my upcoming chest xray appointment with Stephanie. She had excellent customer service and was very polite. She even let me prefill a form so I don't have to fill it on the day of. Overall, I got my results back the next day. Instantaneously. I don't know about the other reviews on here but this has been the most pleasant experience I've come across in imagining. Coming all the way from Orange County. I look forward to my next appointment! Update: Amber, the x-ray technician for my chest x-ray was extremely skilled. She helped me remove my necklace, was very courteous, polite, positive, and radiant as she took my x-ray in an efficient manner. It literally took 5 minutes. The front office staff was also in the festive spirit with Halloween attire. In conclusion, this diagnostic office is probably the best office I have ever visited in my life! (And I've been to a lot of medical offices as an EMT).

I am conflicted writing this. I will say that this place is very clean and well kept. Scheduling…read moreand customer service was fine on the phone and they were nice in person however I came and brought my father, this is where 3 stars is. The front check ins consist of 2 small sections, 1 has 2 front ladies with computers next to each other where you check in and stand up. The other small section to the right has another person with a computer and for someone to sit down if needed. However the section with 2 people you are literally standing next to another patient, me and my father were checking him in standing next to another patient as she was checking in. I attached a photo for reference. During check in, they did state they would ask a few questions, I did not think too much of it till they started asking him about his medical condition, past medical treatments, his current medications and history OUTLOUD. I got uncomfortable after a while and asked to complete it myself, why are we speaking this out loud? Is this not against HIPPA? They give patients registration forms to sign with a clip board and have them sit down... why not let your patients complete the medical questionnaire?! Why should patient standing next to us hear his current diagnosis, medication and current and past treatments especially if its super sensitive to him. My father and I noticed that after he mentioned specific words regarding his personal life, the patient to our right kept looking over. Again the answers themselves were sensitive and I don't feel my father got the privacy he deserved. After we left my father was really not happy with that and neither was I. He did NOT feel his information was private despite how many people are in the room or not, why does he have to say it outloud? If management is reading this, as a worker in the healthcare field myself... I would suggest patients answering that themselves on paper as this info is private. No matter if people stand next to each other at check in, we can hear everything here in the waiting room chairs. Other than this, I will say this place is very clean and nice and well kept.

Once there I received excellent care. *Isabella / mammogram *Rose & Lydia / bone scan *Rene, I believe she was the tech who saw me afterward: I recall reviewing her computer screen w/her. I opted for the EBCD out of pocket test, not just as an extra precaution, but to hopefully drive the cost down making it more equitable for everyone. Perhaps this precise AI test is what we were reviewing together. Grateful I'm finally circling back to leave a good review, as a previous brain scan at this facility was less than desirable. I will say however, in regard to the MRI review I received conscientious follow up.

I needed a CT with contrast and I had the most caring tech . He quickly put the IV catheter in and checked how I was doing often . He was so respectful and kind. I did get a little sick after the test and made sure I was ok. Receptionist / office staff were also nice . Overall I had a great experience during a test that is pretty nerve wrecking for me.

The general front office staff downstairs were great: friendly, smiled, looked at you when speaking. The woman in the front office on the 2nd floor (for mammograms) is so rude I am actually sitting here in the waiting room writing this review just to feel better. She does not look up from her computer when speaking to me. No smile, no eye contact, nothing. She just gives me orders without even looking at me or taking her eyes off the computer. Gives me paperwork, takes my paperwork and nothing. No "Someone will be out to get you in just a moment" or anything. While I sit here, one of her co-workers comes by to talk to her and they sit and laugh and talk so I know she can be personable yet chooses not to. Meanwhile, one of the x-ray techs - the one who does the bone density - makes a call from an alcove near the reception desk and proceeds to give a patient's personal info and history while the whole waiting room can hear. She stated the patient's name and read her responses to her questionnaire. This has got to be a HIPPA violation. I'm still waiting because I need the mammogram, but this place is awful. I am so bummed Suggestion: Have upper management, someone they do not know, go in for bone density and mammogram as a patient. Or have reception give patients a customer service card to leave in a box when they leave.

Dr. Ryan Shanannan was thorough, professional, and reassuring. On 2 South, Mae, Crystal, and Paige were exceptional--caring, knowledgeable, and clearly dedicated to their patients. Doctors Kim and Dr. C were compassionate, and the surgeon and anesthesiologist communicated clearly and confidently. Here comes the problem!!!!! Now, unfortunately, the complete opposite experience: Elliot from the ER phone line. Rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. I asked a straightforward question about possibly speaking with Dr. Shanannan. Instead of listening, he repeated the same irrelevant line about not giving out the doctor's schedule--which I never asked for. It was either a lack of comprehension or a lack of effort--neither is acceptable. When I asked to leave a message, I was told "we don't do that." No explanation. No alternative. Just a dead end. When I confirmed his name, he responded with attitude. When I asked his role, he refused to answer altogether--which raises serious concerns about transparency. Patients shouldn't have to question who they're speaking to when trying to get help. For someone in a frontline role at a hospital, basic communication and professionalism should be the bare minimum. Instead, the interaction felt dismissive and borderline disrespectful. It's disappointing, because one person like this can easily undermine the trust built by an otherwise excellent medical team. The hospital clearly has many outstanding professionals--Elliot is not one of them, clearly Elliot does not have human kindness.
