Needed a chest x-ray. Got to the office 10 minutes before they were to close for lunch. We were greeted with a smile, handed some forms to complete. The technician brought me back and got the test done quickly and professionally. My doctor got the results the next day. read more

The real problem is their outsourcing of appointment making. It's bottom shelf. The girls who answer the phone are clearly just on random headphones that they can't hear on and sound muffled, they can't help with anything outside very basic tasks, and if you have a referral question, forget it. Also tried the online appointment change system since apparently I was scheduled an appointment yet received no call, text or email about it. Went to change it to an actual time I was available and online kept changing it to a different location. I would say I've called 7 times now getting nowhere so I'm going to have to go elsewhere. Hope people aren't dying while waiting for appointments here. read more

I had an MRI at 6:00 AM here the other day and was very satisfied with both the office staff and the technician that preformed the MRI. The tech was very gentle and considerate of my concerns and pain level. The test took about 20 minutes and I was on my way back home. An excellent experience. read more

Talking to scheduling was frustrating. They need to stop outsourcing it. They cancelled my original appointment - they said didn't have a technician that day, so I had to wait another month to get another one. I showed up and they said they don't do diagnostic mammogram, so I am waiting another month to go to a different location to see if I have cancer. Looking for other locations now outside of Ventura County. Thousand Oaks location does have anything till June. I don't want to wait that long to find out. There was a lady there that asked me twice if this is my first time getting a mammogram. I had to answer her twice. Kept interrupting my conversation with the guy at the front desk. Just plain rude. The guy at the front desk was very nice and helpful. read more

Friendly and attentive reception and x-ray tech! Place was clean. Felt comfortable and welcoming. Staff was efficient. My appointment was at 8:15am and staff had already seen other patients. Good to see there are people still showing up to work on time with a good attitude. Good job! read more

I can't describe my frustration with this company's software in words. I have been on their link over ten Times completing their forms. They just continue to harass me about these forms. Something is wrong. I've found that this company cheaps out anyway they can on customer service. Their techs seem very competent but everything else is a nightmare. Whomever is running this company is incompetent and clueless. read more

On time very friendly and easy to relax. Very happy to get negative results. I love that they're doing mammograms in Camarillo. I'm very close to the facility. read more

Trying to make an appointment for a simple HSG was a one hour, then a three hour, then a two hour nightmare. Scheduling errors have cost me three months of valuable fertility time. Now, I have to drive three hours for the only available appointment. What a mess. Can we stop outsourcing the scheduling please??? read more

They are not doing any x rays... no where on site does it give the warning. Waste of time. Lack of communication.

Stellar facility - very different from its sister hub in Thousand Oaks. Smaller, extremely efficient office staff, and not crowded in the least. Amy was the 23-year veteran radiology professional in this case, and she was GREAT! Next time there is need for medical procedures, THIS is the place to book. Highly recommended! read more

Rolling Oaks Radiology | Camarillo - Amy - 23-year veteran radiology professional at Rolling Oaks Camarillo! - Diagnostic Imaging Near Me - Camarillo, California

They cancelled my wife's first appt. on Sept 2 in Simi Valley which is the closest center. "Sorry we doubled booked!" They re-booked her for today 9-20-22 at 11 a.m. in Camarillo CA. We showed up after a 45 minute traffic jam drive on the 118. A semi oil truck flipped and the road was closed. But I made sure we left early enough and were there by 10:40. Got to Rolling Oaks Radiology on Las Posas in Camarillo to be told we didn't have an appointment. Nothing on the calendar. Sorry we have to re-schedule. No apology. No sorry for your inconvenience, no nothing. Treated me like I imagined I had an appointment. Re booked for Oct 14. because they are the only game in town, which sucks. Thankfully it's not anything deadly that we need the ultrasound for! Very disappointed. Not even close to a professional medical organization. read more

I am very impressed with the efficiency, friendly and professionalism I receive when visiting Rolling Oaks Radiology in Camarillo. Luis (front office) and Amy (tech) are the epitome of quality customer care! read more

I just got my mammogram done here by the sweetest most gentle lady I have ever had it done with it. Her name is Sherry Rodriguez. So appreciate being taken care of by her. Also very nice receptionist. read more

Staff was unwelcoming, I felt immediately uncomfortable. I did not have to wait long long at all. I would choose another location in the future. read more

The ultrasound technician I worked with at this location was great. The jelly was warm, they did their job and were pleasant. I'd give 4 or 5 stars except that they force a mandatory pre-dispute arbitration contract. Mandatory pre-dispute arbitration contracts are common but unethical and dangerous for consumers. read more

I just went in for an ultrasound and the girls and the technician were amazing! I made my mammogram appointment for January. They were warm and friendly when I came in. It was a welcome surprise to see smiling "eyes" upon arrival. read more

I had a appointment at St John's Rolling Oaks I arrived 15 minutes early. I went to check in & the front desk person, I told her my name & that I had a appointment at 11:30am. She then said we have no technician today. I told her I had waited over 2 months!!! She said I can reschedule you for Sept 20. Let me check your chart Oh someone called you to tell you we don't have a tech. I checked my phone on recent calls or voice mails. This was a lie! I then called someone at Rolling oaks who apologize. He checked & no one had called, he apologized again. He said he would try to find me another appointment. if he does I will take it but if not I will never trust Rolling Oaks again!!! read more

main point: if you need an x ray or something, go here, and ask for lorie!! i entered and was amazed that the waiting room was prettyyyy busy. the woman helping me (lorie - blonde and amazing) kept her cool the whole time while people got a little irritable, and she even helped me relax a bit (i have severe anxiety) and was so knowledgeable about the procedure. i'd never had a mammogram and she walked me through it and explained the machines and stuff and was so funny and calming for me!! she clearly had been working there a little while because she knew what she was doing and knows how to keep it together in a situation i'd typically partner with frustration. read more

If you need a Mammogram I would NOT refer you to Rolling Oaks Camarillo. Go to the Ventura Facility. I have Never had a Mammogram that was as Painful as this. I left in tears and my chest burned for an hour after the test. I am sure by tomorrow I will be bruised. My Breasts did not hurt it was the pinch and the pressure all on my upper chest. As she was continuing the pressure it was pinching my skin so bad I finally said that is enough, she said Oh good thanks for saying that I was going to go just a little bit more but if that is good there then I am glad I didn't. When I stepped back from the machine I said, I am going to be bruised - her reply was I got bruised once - I am sorry it was not because I wasn't paying attention - because she was talking to me about non-sense while performing the squeeze - so she wanted to make sure I knew it was not negligence on her part. I just agreed and said can you please look to see if those pictures are ok. I just wanted to get out of there and I was NOT about to let her retake anything - Thank God the xrays were good and I left the facility in tears. NEVER again! I have some other issues with the entire experience but I will direct those to the facility manager. read more

Rolling Oaks Radiology | Camarillo - Chest Burning from Mammogram - Diagnostic Imaging Near Me - Camarillo, California

Walked into their office and noticed it was really clean and tidy. As approached the front desk with a smile and a polite attitude from Antoinette. When I was called to then back I had another friendly encounter with Lori who was very thorough and timely with my X-ray. My experience here was very positive and for any reasons I need an X-ray or MRI I would request this office. read more

Lori, Lori, LORI, at this location, is the most amazing person. She's compassionate, funny, and she tries, with very little effort, to make your visit as comfortable and timely as possible. In a previous visit, my daughter needed an x-ray and was scared to death. She asked my daughter if she knew the Aladdin and Jazmine story. Next thing you know, she's taking my daughter on a "magic carpet ride" using the machine. Magical! Needless to say, completely turned our visit around. Just today, I found myself back again for myself and was completely nervous. (Yes, grown woman, I know). She kept me laughing and talking and calmed my nerves. Love her! She's AMAZING and I hope her boss see this. She deserves the upmost respect and recognition. read more

For some reason this afternoon Rolling Oaks was not on the ball at all. For my doctor ordered chest xray, it took 1 hour and 45 minutes!! I saw several people come in after me and leave. However, once I brought it to staffs attention that I was pretty upset, they were moving much quicker. The next think I know I get called back and I'm out in 5 minutes! Was that so hard? If you are understaffed, hire more people. If you lack organization, figure it out. read more

Once again Rolling Oaks Rad. is off my list with the issues I had with the one in Thousand Oaks so poorly managed I went to this office to get my records has they gave me the wrong ones dates of service, I must have awaited 1 hour at least no one else was there no patients and the two guys that were at the front office were playing video games on the computer, it was a complete joke and has far has I am concerned Rolling Oaks is off my list forever. read more

Even though I was late for few minutes for my knee X-Rays to be taken, they still took me in and completed my paper work fast and very patiently. Thought this place would be convenient but Id rather drive 10 extra minutes to the oxnard location where its actually nice, clean and fresh! As you walk in u camarillo office you immediately feel dirty and it smells like urine. The same smell u get when in old parking garages and homeless people are urinating in the corners of elevator area, like a park bathroom. The carpet is disgusting and looks like it hasnt been replaced zince the 70s. The dark stains are so tacky. Shockingly being in camarillo you would expect more. I literally had to wait outside for my mother cause of the filth. How is it sanitary with all the germs embedded in carpet. Posting pics..... read more

The front desk lady the one with long hair is so rude the way she answers my questions absence of eye contact I think because of my outfit and my face without makeup I think I have to dress up and put full makeup in order to greet me and answer my questions in a pleasant way she was impolite by asking me to fill up the paperwork she did it twice yesterday and today. That kind of attitude made me upset and gave me bad vibes about the place. However the X-ray guy is super nice and knowledgeable about his job ! The office is clean and quiet I do really recommend it and please don't consider the front desk dryness and attitude!! Please consider my review because it affects my day today and definitely it will do the same with others. read more

I been using rolling oaks from 2015, everything is good, but not so much with their billing. And found out they had been over charged me, what I paid is so much more than what I should, their policy is pay up front, I end up always keep an eye of explanation of benefit from my insurance. And call them 1844 866 2718 for the extra charges. Rolling Oaks is the closest radiology for me but with this issues, I prefer drive to Thousand oaks radiology in TO and pay bit more. Pls pay attention to ur insurance explanation of benefit. Thanks for Damian from billing department, for helping me. read more

Lori is super sweet! Everyone should be so nice and compassionate as her! She makes me feel so comfortable every time I go!

Besides the fact that my daughter was sick, I had a pleasant time at Rolling Oaks Radiology. I don't like leaving reviews unless the facility / business is either really AMAZING or extremely Horrible... And this business is absolutely wonderful. The waiting room had delicious coffee and snacks, which was definitely a plus (nothing beats waiting room boredom better than shoving my face with goodies), but it was the staff that really blew my socks off. Angie, the receptionist, had a kind demeanor and kept a huge smile on her face ( I'm talking Kool-Aid style) while juggling all her paperwork. And when we were called to the back, we were met by the x-ray technologist, Lori. Now Lori was just the funniest person I have ever met; I felt like I was at a comedy show minus any inappropriate material ( she kept everything PG ). My daughter almost forgot that she wasn't feeling well... She was that good! In all seriousness, this was a very positive experience and I would highly recommend this place if you are in need of x-rays. read more

First of all, I have been going to receive x-rays almost every week. I can not begin to tell you how each member of this office has made me feel , so comfortable. Both x-ray techs , are compassionate and remember my name every week. No matter, how busy they are they are... they still take the time to make you feel important and accommodate the service needed. I would also, like to extend Lori a special THANK-YOU on my first visit. She could see that I was in pain and did everything to make me special. Kudos to all your staff!!!!! read more

Short waiting time. Professional and friendly. Lori performed my Mammogram and was kind and took the time to educate me on the process. She also wanted to make sure I am aware of the need to get a mammogram done annually. read more

The reason I am giving 5 stars: Lori, a radiology tech at Rolling Oaks Radiology in Camarillo. She is completely competent and highly skilled. My client has had Lori for multiple sets of x-rays and a mammogram. On each visit, Lori remembered our names and made us feel like she was sincerely concerned with the issues for each visit. My client and I admire Lori's work ethic, and warm and funny demeanor. We will certainly request Lori on future visits. She is the reason we would return to Rolling Oaks Radiology in Camarillo. read more

I wanted to leave a review for the X-ray tech who X-rayed my son (9 years old). She was very kind to him, explained things so he could understand, and made the whole process not scary for him. She even let him "ride" on the X-ray table. I wish I had gotten her name so I could post it here. The wait to get in to the X-ray was very long, even though there was nobody else in the waiting room. But the X-ray tech made up for it with her kind and warm manner. read more
