This review concerns the male employee working at the fish/seafood counter on Sunday, September 13, 2026, at approximately 3:30 p.m. After waiting for him to finish helping the customer ahead of me, I asked whether he had any catfish available. Without looking at me, he mumbled, "Whatever's in the case." I couldn't understand him, so I asked him to repeat himself. He repeated it in a rude, dismissive manner and then turned back to the other customer. He later explained that catfish was available in the frozen-food aisle, but I was asking about fresh catfish at the meat counter to be fried there, as we usually do. The issue was not that the store might have been out of fresh catfish; it was the lack of courtesy and the way I was spoken to. I had a similar experience with this same employee last month, so this was the second negative interaction with him. After this experience, I am seriously considering moving our prescriptions to another pharmacy and doing more of our grocery shopping at Stater Bros. or Smart & Final. I'll fry the catfish myself next time rather than deal with that attitude. I hope management addresses this employee's customer-service behavior.

Same thing goes for their other groceries, but they do carry pretty good variety of all-inclusive Asian groceries. So you'll also find some Vietnamese, Korean, and Japanese groceries here, too. Parking is not a big deal here. Might peak on parking if it's busy weekend or something, but plenty of parking spaces.
