Then we tried the Bourbon Views and WOW. Such a fun signature drink. You really get that bourbon flavor, but it's still super balanced--not overpowering, just really well done. Also, can we talk about the space? The interior has these really cool historical photos of the building, which made it feel meaningful and rooted--not just another trendy coffee shop. There's a cool leather couch and a couple of armchairs to sit at too. Definitely a nice space to get some studying or work done. As far as their coffee goes I went with my go-to, a Cortado. Let me start by saying that the Caesar was probably the best Caesar I have ever had. I live a few hours away and think about that salad often. My wife loved the sandwich and soup, as well.
