The last time I came here was 3 years ago, and nothing has changed. The service still sucks and the wait is ridiculous. The only reason I came back was because my mom wanted a specific drink AND they couldn't even make it rite, and instead of remaking it they just poured it into a new cup which didn't even resolve the issue. I love this place let me say that to begin. I gave it three stars because of the wait. There were two cars in front of us. We waited 18 minutes to get up to the window. Absolutely ridiculous but once you get there the coffee is really good. It's worth the wait if you have time and don't mind waiting I should say. Another issue I have is that while waiting in line, we could not see the menu. We had to wait till we got up to the window and then decide what we wanted which took a lot longer because we had not been there before. read more

Cute little place. The staff were fast and friendly. The fresh fruit smoothies here-- I cannot elaborate enough-- are scrumptious. My boyfriend ordered the strawberry. I hasn't planned on getting anything, but after trying his, I had to go and try the Triple Berry. Both are extremely delicious; sweet in a natural, not artificial way. Their drinks are okay, but not the best. However, the line is always 2-3 cars backed up and takes at least 10 mins to serve each car. I have seen that they usually have 4-5 girls working at one point so I don't know why it takes them that long to get drinks out. Also the customer service is lacking. Only a few baristas greet with a smile and act like they care about their customers. The rest just get your order and practically slam the window on you. Every time I get an iced latte they serve me a burnt iced americano with a splash of milk. They like to pull extra shots in the morning to refrigerate to save time on iced coffees, but those shots end up tasting like burnt drip coffee and not fresh espresso. Even tho those shots are cold, your latte will for some reason still be watered down as if the ice melted from hot shots... Not to mention they add a stupid amount of syrup to all of their drinks, like 1/3-1/2 of your drink is syrup. I know staff is kind and friendly but the cutting corners the employer demands to create cute fruit sticks instead of actually good coffee is why the rest of your stands shut down. You shouldn't be called "the mocha tree" because a mocha is a coffee drink and your coffee isn't very good. read more

Not a good deal. Save yourself the time and money and make everything yourself at home. All the products are misrepresented on Uber Eats. Shown as hot melted, great looking breakfast sandwiches. This is certainly not the case. All of the ingredients are cheap mass produced items. All sandwiches recieved were cold. 2 of them were not even heated up. Just things thrown on a croissant and wrapped up. Totally disappointed in every item. Even the muffins were disappointing to say the least. Seems as if they took the muffins straight out of a deep cool refrigerator into a bag with sandwitches that were not even heated up. I go to the Mocha Tree on occasion. I like the iced Zebra mocha- a mocha with white and milk chocolate. It's a good balance of the chocolate taste and it's delish! When I need an afternoon pick up, I order one of their red bull drinks. My faves are the Smurf- a blue raspberry flavor and the Hulk-a green apple flavor. They are cold, refreshing and a great change from coffee or espresso. Recently, they added the green smoothie drinks, and I was so excited about the additions, I tried the Super 8 and it was pretty good, and very green, lol. The girls there are hit and miss, sometimes the service is great, and sometimes it's a miss. They recently changed their punch card procedure, but I haven't gotten a new punch card or anything from the employees, yet. The coffee keeps me coming back, it's consistently good! read more

It took around 25-30 minutes wait in the car, at the beginning, at the ordering window, and then at the picking up window. I would have given this a better review because the drink I ordered was good. It is just that the service needed to be a lot quicker especially to reduce numerous cars waiting in one line and some had to leave- lucky those who were at the end. :/ read more

VERY rude people! I come to this espresso since I live near by and i've had nothing but bad experiences! I wouldn't ever recommend this place to anyone. I came here a couple days ago and overheard 2 employee's saying really negative things about a customer while laughing about it. There was another time when "Candace" took my order and I had ordered a vanilla iced latte and she put way too much vanilla in it so I kindly asked if she could remake it... she wasn't too happy about it and she refused to remake it. Mocha Tree has wonderful drinks including a wide variety of Redbull, tea, and lemonade options. About a year ago, they had phenomal staff, but as of recently, all the new hires are rude and unpleasant to deal with. Still a fan of the drinks, not so much the service. read more

I have been here before EVERYTIME I have came here the red bull drinks are gross (that's all I drink twisted sisters, smurfs, and blue raspberry red bulls are my fave but not from here) I was looking through my history on Facebook and Yelp and I have made reviews from 3 years back talking about how gross their drinks are and how their workers are rude. I live right up the road from this establishment and cannot bring myself to be a regular customer. Each coffee I've ordered has had burnt shots and not been what I ordered. What I've been given is never remotely close. The prices are incredibly high, my total has never been the same and I order the same drink everywhere. The service isn't always the greatest either, I absolutely hate having someone not greet when the window is open, have them walk away when I'm still ordering. Mocha Tree Coffee Stand is a nice looking, easily accessible building. There are many drinks and food items to choose from. Mocha Tree will always start your day off just the way you like. With a sticky, over priced drink, and an improperly secured lid. But the fun doesn't end when you drive away. Just wait for the improperly secured lid to pop off of your drink and enjoy the challenge of trying to keep your vehicle on the road, while attempting to gain control of your sloshing hot drink as it spills all over your car, phone, hands and legs leaving third degree burns. This life threatening, comical challenge is a hoot, not only for your family, but for all others on the busy road that morning as well..For those of us who are not morning people, this is wonderful, as the third degree burns on your hands and legs are guaranteed to wake you right up. You know your older phone that still works, but you have been debating on buying a new one? The hot sticky coffee will ruin it and give you the last little nudge you need to break down and buy a new one. But even better, until you find the time and money to do so, you get to enjoy a little mini vacation due to your broken phone and the inability of people to contact and bother you. Your car will smell, and taste delicious covered in coffee so you will save money on air fresheners for a few days at least until the milk sours. When you don't feel your drink is correct, the girls are wonderful at what they do. They will help you understand how this is somehow YOUR fault, because they are so good at what they do, they couldn't possible have made a mistake. The owner is the "Know It All- God" of coffee stands so you are definitely in good hands.. She has each worker attend two classes prior to employment to make sure they are properly trained for the job. The two mandatory courses all employees are required to attend are called, "How To Always Be Snotty And Rude With A Customer," and "Act As Though You Don't Give A Shit." Because they are modest and don't like to brag, they choose not to frame these completed training certificates in plain sight. Instead, they show you through the customer service they will provide you with. This ensures that each morning you pull up in a rush, you are guaranteed to sit in a super long line, get the wrong, overpriced drink, and each employee will work their hardest to give you the worst experience possible. Multiple times through out the day, you might get the, "lucky extra", which includes complimentary dirty looks and snotty tones. It works out pretty well, because then you don't even have to feel guilty for not tipping!. The overpriced drink and poor customer service lets you off this hook. I highly recommend you swing by to overpay for a bad drink, waste your money, and take in the the rudeness and poor customer service, so you too, can experience this magical place.The experience will certainly leave a lasting impression which you will never forget. The the third degree burn scars on your thighs are guaranteed to last a lifetime! (WARNING!!!!!) Please arrive early due to the long wait in lines and allow time for them to remake your drink semi-right after arguing with you for some time.
