It's got a great location just off the main street in downtown, and was quite a lovely little space. Very much designed for people to come in, spread out and converse, it was a very warm and inviting sort of spot. The coffee offerings have a definite, Mexican flare to them, and were very nice. They had standard offerings and then a number of specials on a sort of fresh sheet. They had plenty of coffee and Mexican culturally centric items for sale as well as some clothing. Nice stuff to look through and most would find something they enjoy! The pictures in the wall were as expected, until I saw a print that read "Excess in Moderation". I found out it's by an artist named Ravi Zupa and now it may be my favorite picture! Back to the coffee - The ladies working here were very friendly and everything came out quick. All in all, a really cool spot with a great local vibe and pizzazz running throughout! You should check it out.

Then we tried the Bourbon Views and WOW. Such a fun signature drink. You really get that bourbon flavor, but it's still super balanced--not overpowering, just really well done. Also, can we talk about the space? The interior has these really cool historical photos of the building, which made it feel meaningful and rooted--not just another trendy coffee shop. And the front deck? Chef's kiss. You can sit in the sun or shade, which is ideal. 10/10 would come back again (and clearly already did ).

This is why this rude behavior permeates much of our culture and expectations across countless businesses , from fast food, to retail. Sam has been a real problem at this location for over a year. I have no vendetta against her. I think she needs to be held accountable for the way she treats customers and regulars. I live down the road from this location so I am inside doing my school work, I frequently go here with my mother. I see how she interacts with other customers and even employees and I'm not exception. She is the queen of passive aggressive! Fake smiles. And all out bad attitude. She can't seem to understand certain drinks. Or what "light" milk means. If you complain, or simply say something she doesn't like you get the passive aggressive , "well you said light milk", immediately takes the drink back and dumps 8 ounces more milk in it because I asked for more!! Now the entire drink is milk! She say "well you got your milk!" With a giant smile on her face, knowing she ruined my drink! She knows who I am and chooses to do this intentionally. It's just gross and uncalled for. It continues because it doesn't matter how many times I complain to local management or corporate she is still there, treating customers poorly.

When I told the barista I would like some ice water she told me I had to pay for a bottle of water, I responded that was ridiculous and I was willing to pay for a cup as that seemed reasonable enough to me and she refused, telling me I had to purchase a bottle of water. I honestly was so upset about this I couldn't believe she was unwilling to sell me a cup so that my dog and I could have some water to drink. I defiantly will not be going back to this location. It's clear to me all they care about is taking your money and they dont actually care about their customers at all.
