I was the only one in line and it took her 12 min to make my drink- with two girls working the windows, I expect quicker service. When she handed it to me, it wasn't stirred so I asked her to. She did and then tried to hand it to me with it completely dripping all over the cup so I asked her to wipe it down. She was clearly annoyed even though I had already and will always tip $1 per drink each time. I will find somewhere else to spend my money if this continues.
