The job entailed removing dirt and debris on the roof. They used 3 different cleaning solutions and hot water pressure. If you want a very clean wash, make sure the company uses hot water to remove stains quickly. The roof went from dirty grey to brilliant white like orginal. While I appreciate that they were receptive and sent someone back the next day, I had to specifically point out each issue and many of them were not addressed. At some point, I honestly got tired of walking around and pointing out issues that appeared obvious. Our quote also included wipe down of the window tracks, which was not done for any of the windows. It's frustrating to hire someone and then feel like you have to babysit their work.
