Waiters are rude, bartenders are rude. Will never come back to this location. Food was ok but everyone needs a margarita or two.

Food is the best Tex mex and serving portion are more than filling. Service great! I would define eat again and recommend anyone that restaurant location read more

Most amazing meal in such a very long time eating out! The guacamole salad was incredible and the Pollo con queso meal was delightful! Everything tasted so fresh, tasty, and even when I was full I just wanted to eat more because it was just amazing. Thank you for an awesome meal, and a great dining out experience during COVID - thanks to Valentina for the perfect patio location and Victor for great service! I'll definitely make the drive to eat here again even though this one is not closer to my home. read more

Was absolutely delicious with the best customer service! We sat at the bar and were there as soon as it opened, but everything was top notch! Chips were delicious, sauces amazing, great queso, and we tried the shrimp empanadas that are a must have! We each had a marg and tried the sampler as well! literally everything was delicious! Highly recommend! read more

Great place, great service, the manager came to check on us a few times and asked if we needed anything to please let her know, our waiter Aimee was excellent!!! read more

Everything was well played. Food services and ambiance. Super busy and they never missed a step.

We came in for a family dinner and had about an hour wait. After waiting an hour James sat us and waited on us. He took our order and he was our waiter even though he wasn't a waiter. He was great and brought everything we asked for plus more! James made our family dinner great!! He was prompt, courteous and efficient. He made us feel at home and we will return to this location because of James.. The queso, fajita bowl, the veracruz and stuffed avocado were delicious! On the other hand the beef & chicken fajitas were okay ....we've had better! #yelpelitesquad #margaritaday #familydinner read more

Went as a double date. Took a bit to get a table, but that's what margaritas are for! Once we got our table, our server could not have been nicer, the food was great, and we had a great night! I'd go back. read more

The food was amazing as always! Customer service was very punctual thanks to the awesome server that we had. Whenever you go ask for Angela Fields server #11! It's alway a vibe at Gringos! read more

The wait of 20 minutes wasn't too bad. The wait of another ten minutes when we were told our table was ready was frustrating for my 84 yr old mother who relinquished her seat in the lobby but had to stand and wait for a hostess to seat us. On the plus side, mom's food was delivered promptly and we only had to wait 15 minutes for the other two meals to be delivered to the table. When I asked for extra chili sauce to help with the dry tamales, I was told I'd only be charge $3 for the extra sauce to offset the dryness. It didn't work, by the way - a waste of $3 because the tamales were still dry. It was nice of the waitress to ask if I wanted more tea. However, it would have been even nicer if she had actually brought me more tea. The 11 minute wait for the check once they cleared the table was tedious. Consider other Tex-mex options before trying this place. read more

Good drinks, ambiance and quick service. Food typical to Tex-Mex. Salsas are the delicious.

This isn't the best Tex-Mex but its the best in the Spring Area. Faster and more convenient than driving to Pasadena. They have amazing staff from Host to Server. Drink orders are really slow (like at most big restaurants). Parking was always difficult there, but its even more so since all the best parking spots were changed to curbside pickup only. There is plenty of parking, but sometimes you have to park in the big parking lot near the restaurant. Check their webpage, because they offer "call ahead seating". Basically get put on the wait list before you leave. That helps a lot. I've ordered them to go many times since pandemic, and its just not as good, and its smaller servings. I would give a 3 star on take out. They are also consistent quality no matter where you visit them. Green and Red Sauce is Great. Tortillas are pretty small and thin, and they are kind of stingy with them. Ask for more, they will probably bring 1 or 2 more at no charge. read more

Great food, great environment. Definitely recommend! I had Creamy Poblano Chicken Enchiladas.

Love Gringos!!! First date was at Gringo's in Spring. 9 months later we are married. And we still love Gringos!! Try the Zeffirelli's rolls w Amazon Sauce!! Yummy!!! And the Zouave Agave!!! Awesome margarita!! read more

So disgusted. So my sister orders chicken taquitos and it was a nasty finger nail inside of it . This has absolutely the most disgusting thing that could have happened. The manager says everyone in his kitchen wears gloves but that is CLEARLY not true ! He only refunded us back for the taquitos which we had to ask for ,and recooked the taquitos. But I really don't trust none of the food that was cooked n really should have been refunded for everything . I will never eat here at this location again ! read more

I went here with my family of 5 and was seated about 3 min later . We had a very nice waiter and was very attentive I'm pretty sure her name was Samantha . The restraunt was clean from what I saw . The salsa was a 6/10 but the queso was a 10/10 it was amazing. I got tacos and they weren't the best but they where good I would give them a 7/10 . I recommend coming here and I would come back. read more

1 star only because our waitress was attentive. We hadn't been in a couple of years due to the pandemic but decided to go early on 9/12/21-was there around 11:30 AM. This used to be my most favorite place to go but no longer feel this way. Not the waitress' problem but the food was bland and greasy, not the way the food used to be. In all honesty, I think they changed food vendors. not sure. The only other item that bothered me a little was the young lady at the front, working on the seating of the tables wasn't friendly. Not toward us or the young ladies walking the patrons to the tables we were assigned. In my opinion, if you are not a friendly person, you probably shouldn't be on the frontlines of a restaurant. In all honesty, I won't be back for a long time. read more

I'm honestly giving 5 stars solely because of our server, Angela. She was AMAZING. On top of everything, quick, and personable. She made it feel like we were good friends that she was taking care of. The food was also good! I had the beef quesadillas, and they could've been a little hotter, but they tasted great regardless! Shoutout again to ANGELA!!! You're the best! read more

OMG this place was really a joke if it wasn't for service I'd give zero stars if I could the Texas Tango drink was the only thing good. First off after sitting down they brought out chips and salsa but they were stale chips our waiter did get us better chips but not really they were just heated up making them okay 1 star salsa green 1.5 stars red 2 stars. I ordered what was supposed to be sizzling hot shrimp fajitas the were served warm and I had to ask for my tortillas and they asked me would I like corn or flower I said corn and got flower they were fresh so i didn't complain. But wish I had complained about my Shrimp I only eat 3 because they tasted almost meh I mean I couldn't eat them even though I was extremely hungry. Also there was three of us there and none of us enjoyed the food Justin even had his remade I didn't feel like it even though they offered when he asked the manager weren't they supposed to be sizzling I just wanted to get out of there. Will not be back even if invited I will demand that we go elsewhere. read more

Server Angela F. was amazing for me and my mom today! So helpful and attentive to us! We will be back!

Good, solid Mexican-American food. Had the asada, was happily medium-rare - not like shoe leather, like far too many places (I hesitate to order it anymore). The service was friendly, timely, and authentically wanted us to enjoy our time there. Not a mind-blower, but a solid choice - nice to know when you want food quick, a relaxing environment, and good service. Perfect Friday happy hour/dinner spot. read more

We absolutely love this location. I don't think we have ever had bad service. We visited the Gringo's location next to TopGolf in Spring, Tx today. We had called ahead to get a table since we had 11 people in our party. When we got there we were told that we had called a different Gringo's as this location did not allow call ahead seating. That was disappointing since we would now have to wait about 45 minutes to get a table. We decided to stay and wait even though the wait was long. When we finally got a table we had gotten Amanda as our waitress. She was the ultimate professional. Our party of 11 was probably not the easiest. However Amanda answered our questions and got our orders perfectly. She was very attentive and made sure we had all that we needed while we were there. AND!!!! The food was delicious!!! Thanks to Amanda and the delicious food we will definitely be back. Thanks Gringo's! read more
