Their warranty on work done was another key factor. An electrician found a dead rat and droppings in the attic, so I needed clean up and rodent proofing. In the crawl space, a bunch of the ducts were unattached by wear and tear and plumbing work that had been done in the past (which I didn't know. No wonder my gas bill was so high over the winter!). Shannon and team cleaned everything up, sanitized, reattached the ducts and rodent proofed the whole house on the outside. Apparently the attic was vulnerable, as prior owners' foam had been chewed through in the eaves. After they were done they set traps which will be checked every few weeks. I could not recommend Rywen Insulation more highly for rodent control work. We've had rodent control people here before, but never at the level that Rywen takes things to. They put in place genuine long-term preventative measures to keep rats and mice out, not just patching holes. And that has made all the difference. No more smell in our under-the-stairs closet!
