Their steaks are better than any steak I have eaten at any of the steak chain restaurants very reasonably priced as well. We eat there at least 2-3 times per month and have not had a bad experience yet. If you have not tried their steaks then you are missing out on some excellent food. read more

I stopped in for a late lunch. They were not busy, so seated quickly. My server took my drink order while I decided what I wanted to eat. I chose the deluxe double cheeseburger and onion rings. My server was too busy socializing so another staff brought out my food. I heard my server say she saw the food sitting back there but went out to another table. You need to serve food before socializing. The onion rings were tiny and not many for the price. The burger was large and tasted great. The bun was way too tiny and crumbled. I ended up holding the meat because the bun crumbled. A large bun would have been much better for the size of burger patties. May be a while before going back. read more

The outside was so inviting that we had to stop in! The service was fast and friendly but the food was just ok. The hand-cut fries looked so good but they were kind of tough and cold unfortunately. Honestly, I've been here before and enjoyed my meals. This has been a downward trending review based on some time of eating here. There was an extremely rude senior waitress (she was maybe 20) who kept talking about her mental instability and how her boyfriend couldn't find better than her. She belittled our waiter constantly with mean jokes and called him gay and told him to off himself if he couldn't handle it more than once.(he was new but maybe 18-20?) He was genuinely trying his best to get service to his tables. It's sad that I need to review like this but unfortunately the lack of decorum and absolutely horrible service offered by the senior wait staff made our experience horrible. We had an issue with our food based on a quality issue that doesn't usually happen and the waitress was very rude about the issue, so I promptly dropped it and continued to eat poorly made food. At the same time my wife stopped eating her food because the brisket was rubbery and had no flavor. It was like eating high school burgers, you know the dog food tasting things? I'm not being mean, I'm being honest. Truly a bad experience and likely our last time of coming even though I've been coming here for years. This place feels like it's run by children and lacks professionalism. read more

My husband and I had dinner here tonight, 4/12/21. My husband had the Beef Dip with an upgrade of fries from chips and I had the Impossible Burger with onion rings and baked potato. All of our food was very good. Everything was served quickly and hot. Our server, a young man with blond hair (I didn't catch his name) was very attentive, polite, friendly, and checked on us often. He was new, and pretty young, but did a great job. I loved his enthusiasm and desire to do a good job. Thank you for a great meal and great service. We will be back! read more

Great little find while passing through Moorefield. Menu is quite diverse and food was good. Husband got the One Eyed Burger, which he said was good. I got the French Dip, which had a good flavor but the brisket was a little chewy. Will definitely be back next time we are in town. Wish I had tried the jalapeño burger. read more

Service is quick & professional. I got the 16oz medium steak with 2 sides of hand cut fries - the steak was cooked perfectly. It was very tender. The French fries were very soft, yet subtly crispy. I got a side salad with ranch, it was nice, I would leave out the white onion (you know, they can be a lil strong sometimes). Sweet tea is mildly sweet. My husband got the same steak but medium rare, he loved it. He liked his side of mashed potatoes with gravy enough to finish it! Also tried the jalapeño poppers, but I don't think I would recommend them. Definitely worth stopping by if you're driving past! read more

Nice menu, tasty food, friendly staff, outdoor seating, BBQ pork sammy with slaw and fresh cut fries were very good. Pork needed no sauce.

I ordered the ribbon fries hillbilly style. They are ribbon chips with pulled pork and nacho cheese. The chips were made fresh and the pulled pork was very good. I also ordered the deluxe cheeseburger with bacon which comes with home made potato chips. The burger was dressed well and the chips were very good. The only thing I could be picky about is that the burger was a pre pattied frozen burger, but it was made fresh and is cheap. The lemonade is from a powdered mix. The service was prompt and courteous. Considering their low prices I don't see anything that is out of the ordinary. Overall the experience was above average. I will come back. read more

Have eaten here twice and both times were okay... this is a hometown kind of place with grandpa coming out of the kitchen to ask how everybody's doin.....,,I think ma does the cooking. Nice family. They were out of chips, rolls, brisket, and steak on a Monday, so I guess the food truck delivery hadn't come in. We ordered the pulled pork sandwich and fries... fries were good but salty... the pork was average , I wanted more sauce than was put on the roll, and the roll was soggy from the dripping of the pork. The coleslaw was good but a small amount. Must say that the special of beef tips looked very good but we didn't try them. The outside seating is plenty warm even in winter... read more

After I complained she put it on when she was near me. As an older high risk person, this is not pleasant and ruined the dining experience. read more
