Its really sad to see the other comments made about Griffs. I love this place, we eat there just about every Friday night and its packed. The main reason I like to go there, is because their food is HOT!! not warm or luke warm. The vegetables are always HOT and they have a variety. I am not much on mash potatoes other than my own at home, but if these are a mix, I could not tell, and that says a lot since I only eat red potatoes. To me for the price, they have the BEST Hamburgers and homemade onion rings around the Waco area. Most of the people on Fridays are there for the all you can eat fish, which my husband really enjoys. Randy and his staff have NEVER been rude or ugly to us at ALL. I know that if you go on a Friday, you really need to get there by 5:30pm to avoid the rush. As far as messing up orders, everyone does make mistakes, so far we have been lucky. I do encourage you to try again and maybe a different time of day or food item. read more
