Joshua provided me a quote based on his requesting pictures which I provided. I encouraged him to come and quote based on seeing the work, but he chose not to. He did show up on time for what I thought would be the beginning of a work day, but that's where the experience went downhill. He told me he was going to have to adjust his pricing based on the scope of work and headed out to his truck. I thought he would come back with new pricing. Instead he drove away and sometime later sent me a text telling me that he would not be completing my work. First, let me say I called several ad's on Yelp in regards to handyman services. Josh from Griff's Handyman Services was the first to respond to my project concerns. Josh has great follow-up and communication skills, but most of all Josh was on time! I felt Josh had a genuine concern about my projects, and listened to how I wanted my projects completed. I appreciated that. Also, Josh has a "can do attitude" with my projects, which included installing an outside hand rail guard on a stucco wall, and assisting us with labeling of the electrical Main Panel and Sub-Panel breaker boxes, and cleaned and caulked our shower and master bathroom which he did a great job in caulking both these areas! :) Josh is willing and aware of what needs to be done with a pleasant personality and he is a good listener to what the goal for your projects are. Also, let me say that when the labeling of our electrical Sub-panel box project started to get tedious, Josh didn't give up on the project and hung right in there with us to the end result of both the Panel and Sub-panel electrical box labeling completion, and Josh even added advice about some of the breakers!
