This was totally the opposite. Now I know that this type of dealership truly exists.

I really regret letting them do the oil change because a few days after I got the oil change the cover underneath the car fell off while I was on the highway so I had it looked at and the mechanic said whomever did the oil change rigged it up,I reached out to the owner he asked for my info but never called me!!! I wouldn't recommend this place to my enemy!!!!!

I had my car towed to Eli's, January 19, 2014, on a Sunday. My vehicle has very low mileage, a great economical vehicle that has been well maintained. However, I only had liability, high probability the insurance would not cover my vehicle. The other vehicle, which came into my lane, left the scene. I was attempting to avoid a head on collision. No witnesses! Four days passed and my adjuster had not been in to see the vehicle. The local junk car dealer told me Eli's would be charging me a daily $20.00 storage fee; he was deducting that amount from the price he was offering me. With that information, I quickly decided to move the vehicle to a friend's house and wait for adjuster. When I arrived at Eli's, to meet the tow truck driver, I couldn't see my vehicle. I went inside looking and asking for my vehicle. I was very impressed with the staff. Even though the staff knew the vehicle was going to be totaled, they had moved my vehicle to a covered area because it was raining. The staff was protecting the interior of the vehicle. When I went inside the office to take care of the bill, they did not charge me for storage. All I paid was the wrecker fee. I was quite impressed with the staff. Hope you have a great experience with them as well. Diana E

I told them everything I wanted to be included in my vehicle and they were able to find one within the week, have it shipped and prepared. The financing process was amazing. I haven't been disrespected nor has anyone been mean to me but I bought a 2019 Ford F-150 3 months back and have had nothing but issues. I got a mopar 1 year 12k mile warranty and was told take your truck to any dodge dealer if you have any issues and they will take care of you, this was their way of making me feel comfortable when I asked if my mechanic could look at it for one day. but when I tried the dodge dealer they say the only thing they service is dodge not any other make. When I looked at the truck I knew it had cosmetic damage. Some clear coat missing on the hood as well as 2 really small dents in the driver door. But my salesman told me that everything mechanical was sound and was really confident about that. Whenever I test drove it I noticed the mirror was really Wobbly and pointed it out to the salesman and he said that it was normal. Also I had to move stuff from storage to my house and the tail gate wouldn't work not only did I have to rent a U-Haul trailer I had to spend $500 to get my tailgate fixed because no dodge dealer ship will work on my truck even though they gave me a MOPAR (Dodge) warranty and I had to spend almost $300 to fix my mirrors witch was in fact not normal. And ever since I've had the truck the front end has been clicking really loud occasionally whenever I turn left or right.. To get suspension and alignment done is insanely expensive and was quoted 1200 for parts and labor! Now I have to pay that out of own pocket due to some salesman and finance manager trying to meet his mark this dealer is very disingenuous and only care about making their sale.

He was super flexible in scheduling the work and very responsive in proactive communication (with pictures) during the repair work. Then the cherry on top here, he honored the quoted price when I went to pick up my wife's van. And the quality of work was unparalleled!!
