In terms of quality of work, not only did they take out the dented door and replace it with a new one, but they also repaired every warning light that was seen in my vehicle in addition to cleaning out the entire vehicle, which is above and beyond what I expected. Asked google for the highest rated dent removal shop near me. Dent Clinic came up with a 4.9 out of 5 rating. Read some reviews was very impressed. Checked a couple other places out. And most said they could get it back to 90%+/- a few. Dent clinic said they could get it closer to 95-99% I added before and after photos. Understand the white stuff in the before Photo is PPF had to remove it, but you can see how bad the dent was. If you don't know what PPF is ask a body shop and get it, it saved my paint no scratches. As for cost they were very reasonable compared to others.

For a premium brand, this felt like a huge miss in customer experience and brand alignment. The gap between my car and the loaner was substantial and didn't reflect the level of service I expected. I understand loaner availability can vary, but customers should receive a vehicle that reasonably matches the quality of what they drive--especially when returning for a rework. This experience left me feeling undervalued. I even shared my feedback with the team onsite when picking up my car, and the response I received was, "It's a free car" and "Whelp, that is how it is here." That attitude was disappointing and reinforced the feeling that customer experience wasn't a priority. The owner at Solos Glass (Jorge) was the first to explain the necessary recalibration process for the safety features on my vehicle and answered all my questions easily. He also had a very honest and transparent pricing quote. I went with a Nissan OEM windshield and recalibration, he ordered the windshield and had it ready to install within 2 days. My husband took it in and talked to Jorge while he waited and he found him super knowledgeable and friendly. Also ended up saving $100 over his initial quote. He turned an unpleasant situation into a place we'd definitely recommend. A very honest small business like this is hard to find. Five stars!!
