Unfortunately, time hasn't changed how incredibly frustrated I am with the complete lack of professionalism at Tender Car. To be fair, the staff members were nice enough when I actually interacted with them, but the way this business operates is a total nightmare. The only time anyone here ever called me back was when they were trying to get my business in the first place. The second they had my car, all communication completely died. When I brought my vehicle in, I was quoted a finish time of 2 to 3 weeks. Instead, they held onto it for over a month. During that entire time, the communication was practically nonexistent. I never received a single update regarding the status of the repairs. I had to call them repeatedly just to get basic answers, and even then, I was constantly promised a call back that never actually happened. To top it all off, when they finally handed over the keys, I immediately noticed warning lights illuminated on the dashboard that weren't there before. Instead of fixing it, they casually told me the sensors just "needed to be recalibrated" and told me to come back the next day to get it done. How do you return a car to a customer with active warning lights and expect them to drive it home? It wasn't until I left that I also realized the left blinker wasn't even working. They replaced the tailgate, but they installed a rear windshield wiper that didn't even have a blade on it. On top of that, the trunk wasn't aligned properly and now has to be slammed shut with force just to get the "trunk open" warning light to turn off. Telling a customer a vehicle is safe and finished when basic safety features don't function, parts are missing, and warning lights are active is incredibly reckless. If you value your time, your money, and your safety, do yourself a favor and take your business somewhere else. They clearly do not care about customer service or quality control.

The business was small, but warm and friendly and he told me to pop in whenever and he could write up an estimate and deal with Progressive even though they are not one of Progressive's providers. I was very lucky to get my car in within a couple days because of all the flooding, auto repair shops were jammed. They kept in touch by email and phone to let me know the status. They had my car for about 15 days because they had to order parts as some were not repairable and also they are not open Saturdays or Sundays. When we did go to pick up my car, the work was fantastic, even better than I thought it could look. I was happy to support a family owned small business. They even did all the paperwork with the insurance so all I had to do was return the rental and drive straight off the lot. Also noted - Ellas Hablan Espanol. A couple days later they made it look brand new my front bumper, grill, and emblem just needed to be replaced. They polished the hood to match with the front bumper, cleaned & shined my headlights, and vacuumed the inside leaving everything 100x better than when I left it. And the paint job makes it all look brand new. Couldn't recommend them enough!!!

He gave me an estimate and a quote and even though they had to send it out for repair it came back as expected, working and under the estimate. He kept me in the loop the entire time and helped me keep the repairs within reason due to the value of the car. I can't thank you and Goff's enough.     I wouldn't trust them to cook a frozen fish stick…read more I've had 2 experiences with Reflections. My first was a car that had front end damage. They had to send it out to their regular mechanic for some work. After I got it back the alignment was absolutely horrendous. The body work was acceptable, but here's where I blame Reflections: I took it back to Reflections and explained the issue. They told me to go see their mechanic and explain it to him. Perhaps Reflections should have made initial contact with their mechanic. That's debatable. But I contacted the mechanic myself anyway. The mechanic took it for a drive and verified what I was experiencing. He put it on the lift, looked at it and told me there was nothing wrong. He further explained the problem was something called "torque-steer" - something in the automatic transmission that makes the car pull to one side during acceleration. He added that a lot of cars come like that straight from the factory. He concluded by saying there was absolutely nothing he could do about it. Well... keep piling on the garbage because it didn't do that before the accident. I went back to Reflections and asked they send it out to a different mechanic to get a second opinion. They refused and passed the buck back to me. So now I have to pay for another mechanic to look at the shoddy work that your mechanic did? You don't stand by your mechanic's work? Nice. Well guess what? I did take it to another mechanic. He put it on the lift, looked at it and said, "oh yeah! I can tell the alignment is off just by looking at it." Experience #2 Yeah, I know I should have known better. But I thought maybe things had changed. It had been a while and they seem to get good reviews lately. So I called for an estimate. Immediately the lady that answered did not sound pleasant. She said estimates are scheduled, so we set up a time on another day. I drove down there and was told they couldn't give me an estimate. Ummmm... why? They said they will only give estimates directly to my insurance company. You couldn't have mentioned this over the phone? What if I was paying for it out of my pocket? Could you give me an estimate if that were the case? Thanks for wasting my time. I won't trust a business that won't give me an estimate. My insurance company and I are just supposed to blindly trust what you say? No thanks. Getting estimates gives me different information from different vantage points. I also won't trust a business that won't stand behind their customer when the job didn't go quite smoothly. Hey, sometimes the experience isn't perfect. It happens and I'm OK with that. But it's how you deal with those particular issues that set you apart. I don't care if they happen to be the best body shop in town. Collisions often require mechanical work. If you're not going to stand by your mechanic and send me all over town to deal with a problem YOU were paid to deal with... how exactly am I supposed to trust you?

I asked that the quotes be separated incase I couldn't afford to do all of it at one time. They said they were busy at the time and asked if they could email me the quote. I said that would be fine. I checked my email daily looking for the quote and then one week later I called to find out where the quote was and John said he plain forgot about it and would get it right over to me. Well about an hour later I received the quote and it was all quoted together not separately like I had asked for. So I reached out to ask them to break it down and then he then tells me he can do that if I want to come back down by them which is a half hour by car and he says they usually charge for quotes which he never mentioned when I went there for the quote originally, Just because he was so busy he was irritated with me for asking for what I originally asked for. So I told him to just forget the quote and I will go elsewhere and I will post something on Yelp. He then told me to come back and he will requote it the way I wanted for me at no charge! Why should I have to drive 1/2 hour for such a simple quote?
