I was very lucky to get my car in within a couple days because of all the flooding, auto repair shops were jammed. They kept in touch by email and phone to let me know the status. They had my car for about 15 days because they had to order parts as some were not repairable and also they are not open Saturdays or Sundays. When we did go to pick up my car, the work was fantastic, even better than I thought it could look. I was happy to support a family owned small business. From the moment I dropped off my vehicle they were very courteous and respectful of my questions and concerns. Michael let me take all the time that I needed to make sure my questions/concerns were addressed and vehicle would return to me and perfect condition. After performing an estimate that the insurance company didn't think was accurate, Concours continued to advocate on my behalf and was successful in get the correct amount. My car was returned to me in under the estimated time. The craftsmanship of the vehicle repair was top notch. All the parts that were replaced are OEM.( They always use OEM, so no need to ask) I was a little skeptical about body shops ability to match the OEM paint however they absolutely nailed it down to the blue flake sparkle in the black paint of my SUV. They even were able to make a slight adjustment to the repair to include a different part that I wanted installed. Michael personally dropped off my vehicle to me when it was ready. I honestly feel like I was made whole again as I didn't have to sacrifice any of my money or emotional currency to get things where they were before the accident. I had sideswiped a big boulder in a parking lot that left both the passenger side doors and the rocker panel at the bottom damaged. I filed a claim with Geico insurance on Mon., Sept. 21st and within hours, received a call from a Geico representative. I had decided to go with GEICO Auto Repair Xpress® program instead of choosing to get estimates by myself. This was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I was told I could use Caliber Collisions which was located less than a mile from my house. I was set up with an appointment for the next day and was told that it would take about 1/2 hour. Because I had a car rental included in my insurance, a car and representative from Enterprise would be waiting for me at Caliber Collisions. My Geico claim was assigned to Troy Szymandera. I received a text from Troy the same day and he assured me that he would keep me updated. And he did! I was greeted by James, the service writer for Caliber. He walked around the car and talked me through repairs while assessing the damage. When finished, I was greeted by Nick from Enterprise Car Rental. He handed over the key fob for a Ford Fusion and went through standard questions re: fuel and insurance. He advised that when my car was repaired, I could just leave the rental at Caliper Collision and they would pick it up later. Between the walk around and paperwork, I was on my way home 20 minutes after I arrived at Caliber. I received texts from both Troy at Geico and James at Caliber on an almost daily basis. My car was repaired within 4 business days. To my utter surprise and delight, the passenger side looks brand new! The paint job matches the rest of the car perfectly. Caliber had detailed the inside which I normally pay over $100. They had saran wrap around the steering wheel as well as plastic and paper mats on the floors and seats. There was no chance of spreading germs during this Covid pandemic. The car was washed and has a super great wax job. This car has not looked this good since the day I bought it. The repair process was seamless by going with GEICO Auto Repair Xpress®. Partnering with Caliber Collision and Enterprise Car Rentals made this one of the best customer service experiences of my life. And that's a long, long time, because I got my license when I was 16 and I am now 70 years old!

This review is for my experience with their collision repair service. I needed a rear bumper…read morereplaced from a small rear-ending incident, and after getting estimates around the area, I settled on getting the job done at Govani's. The repair was fairly simple, just needed the part replaced and then a paint job to match the rest of the car. Roy gave me a MUCH smaller estimate than any other shop in the area, PLUS he got the work done in 2 hours, when everywhere else quoted me 2 days! They did an excellent job with the repair and paint - looks like new! This is a very small shop, so talk with them to see if they'll be able to do your repair. I would at least get an estimate from here to compare with other places, especially if you're looking to save a buck, because in my experience it really paid off. There aren't very many reviews on this place right now - I wouldn't trust the other one star review since it's from some fake namer with no real info attached to it, and the other 5-star review is from the business itself. So hopefully my review helps you a little bit - like I said, I came in for a quick bumper replacement, and this was the quickest, cheapest, and easiest place to get it done that I found in the area.
