There were two areas of concern on the car, one needed significant attention later and the other he FIXED for me on the spot in 4 minutes! The best part was that he gave me an honest review of the car's exterior. He pointed out that the car had been repainted ( that fact was not disclosed by CarFax or Carvana ). He took the time to show me overspray, failed clear coat application, imperfections in paint application like dust and dimples, how the paint was applied incompletely and destroyed seals. He also show me how all the door moldings were pulled back and were not reattached professionally and would cause water damage, noise, and improper/uneven closing. He roughly estimated $3-4k worth of re-do work, not for him or his business but for me to consider while finalizing my thoughts on the purchase. Based on what PJ showed and shared with me and the trust he quickly earned with me with his knowledge and honesty, I rejected that car. Long story, short version: you can trust these guys to be honest, helpful and to care about quality. They are not in business just to make a buck but to build relationships that matter. I'll be bringing any cosmetic car issues to this location for sure. Thank you PJ! I appreciate you for your integrity.

Tesla has since opened a formal investigation into the matter because Marshall is a Tesla Approved Collision Center.

Ultimately a new bumper was needed, paint work performed and a few dents needed to be pulled out. I had no idea what to do for repairs and looked around for a well reviewed shop to take on this relatively small job. I found Gerber on Yelp and I have to say, I am phenomenally happy with my experience. Submitting a quote online was super quick and easy. I received a response in a few hours. Later, I submitted a claim through the responsible party's insurance. I was interested that the shop performed their own paint work and was skeptical that they could match my car's unique red metal flake finish. The technician assured me that they do their best but let me know it may be a slightly different shade in certain lighting conditions. I was definitely a bit worried, but it turns out that they did an excellent job. I got a call about a week later that my vehicle was ready for pickup. I was so happy with the results of my repair! The bumper matches the rest of the car perfectly and the workmanship is second to none. I couldn't be more pleased. What's more - they matched their quote within about $50. You just can't beat that. Gerber turned out to be an excellent choice. I kind of wish I got rear ended harder so they could have done more work on the car (I'll be careful what I wish for).

After 181,000 miles, my 2014 Tesla Model S suffered damage to her hood and bumper. Having taken my cars to PAW for nearly two decades with incredibly excellent results, I had no hesitancy about trusting their award-winning abilities. My insurer (State Farm) immediately approved them, PAW saw me with no delay, and all I needed to do was drop my car off and pay the deductible when picking my Baby up after repairs were timely completed. The friendly and courteous staff made the entire experience stress-free and, as usual, their work was exceptional. I should mention I had PAW detail my S while the repairs were being done. My girlfriend was astounded with the result, telling me the car looked as if it were "two days old!" Please consider them the next time collision, paint or detailing work is needed!

They test-drove it and said there was definitely a problem, (DUH, I knew that!) but their lead guy was gone for the weekend and didn't have a chance to look into it further. They graciously informed me that I could pick up my truck and bring it back Monday, and that I would not lose my place in line. I was already on my way to pick it up. When I got there, they asked if I planned to bring it back on Monday. I asked if they could promise me that they would get to it on Monday. They could not. Needless to say, I was irritated and incredulous. How can you run a business like this? They seemed to have no concept of the inconvenience it caused me not to have my vehicle for a FULL WEEK, and THEN, expect me to leave it with them AGAIN with no idea of when they would actually get to it! I wish they would have been honest and said they were too busy to get to it for a week or two. Instead, they worked everything to THEIR convenience instead of the customer's, and all I got was the run-around and excuses.

We communicated about reschedules and then 2.5 weeks ago re-initiated repairs. Within 18 days Crash Champions still did not have 1 part ordered or had any schedule to repair our vehicle that was already on file. The parts had been on site, sent back, and then NOT re-ordered. The worst business part was how, as manager, Ryan Gibson did not communicate ANY of this until he had emotionally told an unvalued customer that he felt "hung out to dry" (accusatory wording).
